Joopzy is volstrekt waardeloos. Bezorging duurt zo lang dat ze geen retourzending meer accepteren: 'is 14 dagen geleden verzonden'... En dat voor een broek die nog niet 1 minuut aan is geweest, omdat deze veel en veel te klein was. Mijd deze aanbieder! (Broek heb ik nog kunnen weggeven aan een Afghaanse evacué, dus is goed terecht gekomen).

j'ai commandé un article sur ce site et je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande, en revanche j'ai bien été débité
quand j'ai contacté le service client, j'ai reçu un lien qui me dit que mon article a été livré mais sans le nom du transporteur donc impossible de tracer cette pseudo livraison
quand j'ai demandé les coordonnées du transporteur je ne reçois plus de réponse
c'est une arnaque

Terrible experience. I should’ve listened to the trove of negative reviews they have here on Trustpilot. I ordered a product on September 8th, and they promised a MAXIMUM shipping time of 20 working days (with the estimate being less).
Almost 2 months later, and no news. The package tracking link I got shows the product being shipped by Yanwen, another company with a shady reputation, and apparently the product has been “in transit” from China for almost 50 days.
I’ve written to their customer support twice (the first time about a month ago), and have received no answer. They don’t pick up the phone either.
Due to the extreme delay and no answer I had no choice but to buy the same product again from a different, more reputable seller, and at this point I’d like to receive a refund.

Crappy company .I have never bought anything from there but their business ethics speak wonders! They highjack all the fashion related Instagram products and comment "got it cheaper at Joopzy". Wake up everyone! They are buying your products from AliExpress and sending them to you! Pay for your own advertising and stop using other business!

I must say they were very supportive and cooperative. They replied promptly and made sure I was resent the correct items.
They were also very supportive to all my concerns.

The company is very helpful and friendly. Especially Katherine. They sent me my order twice because the Post lost the package at the first time without any other charges. I think that you could make guaranteed purchases from joopzy
