Seems like they use fake advertising

Seems like they use fake advertising and Promotion to promote the “products “.
A a ton of fake Instagram accounts spam this websites name under advertisements saying something along the lines of “ no thanks,, I got this for cheap at Joopzy.com “ which is super strange. Don’t trust this website.

I've been fooled

Let's face it, we all like the sound of cool gadgets for cheap. I am one of those people that really fall into those traps. I bought the heated eyelash curler, a electronic toothbrush and other items that I was really excited for. The shipping wasn't horribly long so I have no complaints there. However, when I opened my package up I was missing 2 important items that were very costly, and I received an item that I didn't buy. At that point I was alittle bit disappointed. So I tried out my new eyelash curler, to no surprise, it didn't work. And the battery that came with it really did not fit. It also gave off a really weird smell that drove me nuts. So I go to the next item, the toothbrush. It's one of those pop in your mouth, push a button and leave it alone kinda brushes. So I did that, and I read all the instructions. It was not brushing, the bristles were really soft and flimsy and it didn't even clean. At that point, I was really peeved. I was absolutely livid. I emailed their customer service and I have yet to hear back from them. I would like to say that I regret this order greatly, but I don't really regret it because I was just so curious about this website and now I know what kind of products they are really selling. Did I get fooled by the Instagram comments that led me to joopzy? Yes. Did I just lose a lot of money? Definitely yes. But at least now I could go out and tell the world everything. Do I recommend purchasing anything from here? I can honestly say, ordering from here will ruin your month.

Placed an order and never received it

Placed an order and never received it. I reached out to the company via email, Twitter, and website. I'm pretty sure this is a scam.

Edit: Do not order if you are in the United States. They will first tell you to expect to receive your order in 7-10 days.

They will then change that to say it takes 7-10 business days before processing is completed.

Then they will tell you that processing is 7-10 business days and shipping is 7-10 business days to ship from China and go through US customs.

Save yourself the headache and avoid the scam.

Modern scammers.

2 YEAR EDIT: This company is STILL trying to remove my review AFTER OVER 2 YEARS? This is TrustPilot - I made an HONEST REVIEW and you're still trying to take it down... What says scam more than a company taking down bad reviews on their ''company''.

First of all - Instagram bots.
Under some adverts, I'm seeing hundreds upon hundreds of comments all saying the exact few phrases. All praising this company for getting the product cheaper than then advert. All of those comments are bots / empty accounts.

Their items - Tacky.
After browsing their items I noticed a good 90% of those items are just overpriced tack. Things you can find on AliExpess for 60 - 95% cheaper. Maybe that's why shipping takes so long?

The response - I read through these reviews and the response is so generic. We do not want to experience your "5 star review", because you cannot deliver that. Please stop and re-think your business. Don't use the scamming bots.

I went through the entire order process…

I went through the entire order process put in CC details and when I placed order- received a ERROR 404 Page couldn't be found. Went back in to empty CART and details gone .. Although I looked at their web site to see if they were legit I should have looked at reviews first .. Very disappointing .. They put the effort in how hard is it to deliver good, legitimate service .. My bad .. NOT HAPPY

This company spams & scams

This company spams legitimate advertisers claiming "I got it cheaper at Joopzy.com". Each of their fake profiles use broken English and are private. I decided to order an item to "test it out". It took over 3 weeks to receive the item I ordered. Both the box and item were damaged. Got the old song and dance from "Customer Service". This site needs to be shut down.

I would give it zero stars if I could

I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered a product and finally received it about 10 days ago. I received a damaged box and product. I contacted the company and even sent them photos of the damage as they requested. I have been given nothing but the run around. They keep telling me they will get back to me but do not. They are running a scam and don't care about their customers or customer service. There website states the following:

We will refund you under these circumstances:
* If the goods are probably damaged
* If your order does not arrive within 45 business days
* The wrong items were sent

So why the runaround and the refusal to get back to me and provide me a refund. I DO NOT and WILL NEVER refer this company to anyone.

THEY POSE AS CONSUMERS!

This company spams comments using a bot on other ads, most recently on Instagram on another company’s power box ad, to get customers. They are pretending to pose as customers and I see no reason why they wouldn’t have the exact same practice leaving fake good reviews. They also have no reviews outside of April 2019, which is sketchy. They certainly do not have my trust. They even claimed to investigate a couple weeks ago (in a response to a comment on this cite!) and it’s still up. UNETHICAL!

So a while back I had left a super bad…

So a while back I had left a super bad review because this WEBSITE SUCKS! My order took over 2 months to get here. I finally received what I had ordered yesterday in the mail and guess what. The item I ordered doesn’t even work at all and I’m not just saying that it didn’t give me the results I wanted I’m saying that it doesn’t even turn on what so ever. I kept telling the people from this website that I wanted a refund and they kept giving me the runaround. Pls pls don’t order from this website unless u wanna just throw your money away! I’m very very disappointed. I won’t stop bugging them until I get my money back!! Worst website and products ever! I’d use bad words to describe how cheap and worthless their products are but it won’t let me.

I recently ordered three pairs of their…

I recently ordered three pairs of their tactical pants. The pants are nice but the customer service is horrible. The size chart is misleading and the pants size smaller than described. I have been trying to exchange the pants I ordered to get a larger size for over a week now and keep getting the runaround. Have emailed support as directed by the online chat folks with no response. Any good company would exchange items no hassle, not these guys.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I was sent a confirmation email from PayPal about my order, but have yet to receive any shipping information. It has been 5 days since my purchase. I reached out to their company and was given little to no help. They had me enter my transaction ID to try and track my shipment. It had no record of my shipment, yet they had no trouble taking my money. Highly highly recommend using a different source for purchasing any products.

However, it may take up to 20 business days to arrive depending on your location and how long it takes to get through customs. Ordered on April 1. Didn’t receive anything. Trying to track my package, comes up no order found. I have an order number too. My credit card was withdrawn money. I emailed them several times and got no response. Live chat twice and got nowhere. I am td done and calling credit card company to get my money back. Never again with company.

Never delivered

I placed my order on March 9th for a lens hood. More than 1 month later I still didn't get it. The tracking website stops showing shipping details on the 14th March when my parcel has been given to an airline (name written in chinese) and no further tracking available.
When I wrote my enquiry to Joopzy, the only answer I got from them is the same order confirmation with the same tracking link.
No apologies whatsoever or something saying they will enquire with the airline.
They got the money for my order and that's all what matters for them.
Very poor customer service, no follow up and no delivery.
I lost my money and DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy from them.
