I ordered something from JOOPZY…didn’t fit, can’t return
I ordered something from JOOPZY garment. I ordered according to the description of the garment and arrived after five weeks. The garment was so small that I couldn’t even put it on and JOOPZY said that wasn’t a good reason to return it. highly overrated.
I will never order anything from JOOPZY again and if I were you I would never order clothing from them.

Ik heb nog nooit zo'n slecht bedrijf meegemaakt.... vorig jaar november een telefoon hoesje gekocht, 3 weken later ontvangen. Nog nooit zoiets lelijks gezien, zeer nep. Contact gehad met het bedrijf, maar kon niet retour! Slechte recensie hier geschreven en toen kon het ineens wel ... voor 8 euro eigen kosten retour gestuurd naar Azerbeidzjan.... daar nooit ontvangen! Nu gaven ze mij de optie om het originele bedrag voor 50% te retourneren.... aanvankelijk nee gezegd, wilde gewoon de originele prijs retour. Na weken discussie zag ik dat dit er niet in zat en akkoord gegaan met 50%... nu 2 weken en 4 mails later geen reactie meer en niets ontvangen op mijn creditcard... Dit bedrijf is echt om te huilen!!!!

awful customer service. sent broken item. wants me to pay to return it to Azerbaijan! then offers 40% of refund. STAY AWAY. if anyone wants to join a class action, I believe there are plenty of stories like this.
Update 10/25/21. Trustpilot and Joopzy have requested that I remove my review as I guess Joopzy is trying to improve their online image. I stand by the review and hope people stay away from Joopzy. The review is accurate.

Update: A day after I posted this, my refund was processed. While I really appreciate this prompt action, wishing if the team was so professional and prompt before, this could have been avoided. I hope Joopzy improves.

I wish I could give Zero rating but no such option here.
So I ordered a haircare product around a month back and after long waiting time (with false tracking information) I received a wierd stick with a screw. I sent them a photo of actual product vs what I received and they say : I have to wait another 15 days (Which actually means a month) to receive the real order. I refuse to take any more products from them and I demand full refund of my money. I am escalating this issue with Paypal as their customer service is very poor. I wish I read all these reviews before placing an order.

Never trust this website. It's a good thing I only spent less than $20. I should have been MUCH smarter and read the reviews, but now I know for next time. Joopzy is full of greedy, unprofessional scumbags.

Never fall for their trap. This is a scam company
Well I already had put 2 reviews regarding this Scam company here. Seems like this is the only way to make things happen. I did manage to get working camera from Joopzy finally. But now it seems they have shipped me downgraded stuff. My camera should have come with 32 GB SD Card. Instead Joopzy send me a camera without any SD Card. I sent an email with the proof, Yet no reply now. They are such scammers, don't ever trust these people. If this company ever feels people will let go off their hard earned money so easily then they are wrong. In this modern world of internet there are ways to show your true face to others and educate others not to fall in your trap.
Stupidly ordered a slimming machine…
Stupidly ordered a slimming machine from this seller, ordered with a UK plug and it turned up with a non UK plug (think it may be a US one) I emailed and asked them to swap it for the correct plug and they asked for evidence so i sent pics and heard nothing back for weeks. Opened a dispute on paypal and joopsy offered to send a plug adapter so i agreed, again heard nothing back and they didn't send it. This seller is absolutely crap - no customer service - charging rip off prices for the crappy Chinese fake versions, don't send what you order, don't refund or sent out correct order - absolute scam of a company. Wouldn't mind if it hadn't cost me over £50!!!
Update - I have since received the plug adapter in mid March after Joopzy changed their customer service team so amended initial rating from 1 to 3 stars as it's taken over 3 months but it is now finally resolved

NEVER EVER BUYING AGAIN
I did order by mistake and I contacted their CS asap in 5 minutes after the transaction. I told him that I want to change my order. Instead of he answered me, he insisted that the buyer couldn't change or revoke any order after the transaction. What a funny and weird answer. People do mistakes, mister !!!
After a long way, I wrote an email to CEO Jafar & support team, finally they revoke and refund my order BUT they didn't refund the shipping cost. I made A BIG MISTAKES to order at this shop.
Joopzy, if you do this thing to everyone, I guarantee you will never be success !! KARMA is there sir..
25 dollars for a cat item stolen from…
25 dollars for a cat item stolen from me. Never been shipped and no refund. This company is a scam. The customer service is horrible. I saw a commercial vid on instagram for a specific item for my cat. This was from a other company. Joopzy employees comment on this vid that thei same item is cheaper on their site. This way they atttract customers. So it's not even their own marketing.
I do not understand that Paypal is still partnered with these criminals. I will file an official complaint at PayPal so this payment will be removed to protect fellow customers.

Joopzy Refunded My Credit Card
Joopzy did refund my credit card when the item I ordered did not arrive due to the wrong address which I do not know for sure if I gave the wrong address or if it was recorded wrong. I was satisfied with the correction. Thank you.

I would never buy from this company simply because they hijack Instagram profiles and spam sponsored posts with auto comments. Very very tacky marketing strategy.

Yes after eventually receiving my money back after several months though they said they had paid it into my account couple times before, they hadnt , I received my money 3 months later. Sorry would still this site is scam as products are nothing like what is advertised , I received ten blue tablets instead of multifunctional spray with white tablets . The tablets done nothing either when I dissolved one of them so joopzy , you may have returned my money but you are definately a scam site and to prospective customers don’t even consider buying from here you will be truly disappointed .

I ordered a 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer, I got a tiny screw and camera clip, even though the shipment took 25 days, I should have known that this was a scam when things are this cheap, in the end, we will see who will make more money from this.

Okay so clearly I'm not the only one…
Okay so clearly I'm not the only one who had a terrible experience with Joopzy. I see that they are based in San Francisco, California. I'm looking into making a formal complaint to their small business bureau. Hope Joopzy learns that in today's business, you don't just get away being a scumbag and stealing people's money.
I ordered my two items a month ago (Dec 15), I understand you sent the packages separately and that they take a long time. Sure but then send me the tracking information so I can confirm the packages rather than giving me your worthless words that "they are on the way".
Did they even send it??? That's my question. I had to hound them for the tracking info for the first item. Where is the second one? So I sent them a facebook message complaining that they need to send the tracking info for the second package they supposedly sent, they IGNORED the message! VERY GOOD move guys. Very effective in making sure your customers are truly satisfied.
I can be reasonable but when you don't hold up your end of the bargain, it can be very aggravating for the customers who had already paid for the items that never arrived!
For the future customers, if you value your money and time, don't shop with Joopzy. They are terrible.

***Follow up***: So Joopzy followed up with me almost right away once I posted on Trustpilot. They were very accommodating and quick in assessing the situation. It's good to know that at least they check the feedback from customers and try to do what they can. Long story short, I still haven't received the item but they refunded the item without qualms and it was done in a very speedy manner. I still wish they were proactive, rather than reactive, and prompt about responding to customers whether the complaint was made on a private or public platform; however, the experience was mended by their prompt response afterwards. Thanks Ramiz from Joopzy for resolving the issue.
