Timeless Quality for Special Occasions and Everyday Wear
I cannot say enough good things about Joyfolie! I’ve been a customer for years, and I truly keep coming back because their designs are absolutely beautiful, the size range is fantastic, and their timeless style makes their pieces feel special.
The quality is incredible and I love that I can find beautiful styles for everyday wear, but also those extra-special pieces for holidays, events, photoshoots, and all of life’s big moments.

The $0 Return: How Joyfolie Erases Store Credit on Returned Items
If I could give this company 1 million negative stars I would. I returned physical items I paid real money for. Joyfolie issued "store credit," but quietly expired it after just 60 days. Now they’ve kept BOTH my returned merchandise and my money!
When called out, they claimed store credit on sale items is a "promotional credit" so they can delete your balance. Under the Federal CARD Act (12 CFR § 1005.20), store credits for returned goods cannot legally expire in less than 5 years.
Classifying customer return value as an expiring "promo" to keep people's money is a HUGE red flag! Do NOT shop with this company anymore! I shared my experience and they deleted every single comment, including other peoples comments.

We understand that you have a different interpretation of the laws you referenced. However, based on the applicable legal framework, including the guidance surrounding 12 CFR § 1005.20, we believe our policy complies with the laws that apply to our business. We would not implement or maintain a policy that we believe violates applicable federal or state regulations.
Although your store credit had already expired approximately 8 months ago, we reviewed your case once more and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered a one-time courtesy exception by temporarily reinstating your store credit so you would have another opportunity to use it. Since extending that exception, we have not received any further response from you via email regarding the offer.
We recognize that we may not agree on the interpretation of the applicable law, but we remain committed to applying our policies consistently and treating every customer fairly. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to review your concerns.
Gorgeous Products
The products this company has are amazing! The clothes are so beautiful that I have multiple articles in all the colors offered. They do offer good discounts once in a while. I have had to deal with their customer service a few times. They have always been friendly and helpful even tho I may disagree on some of their policies. If you're thinking about purchasing from them and have questions, reach out first, otherwise it may be difficult to return or exchange. They have always made it right or come close to that. I still purchase from them cause their clothes are gorgeous and of good quality.

Dreamy
This dress my Daughter has is so dreamy. We initially got it for her bday as a fancier version of a Lilo dress and it still fits her today. She doesn't need any help with needing the lines of the dress to help her figure but she's absolutely gorgeous in this dress! We have had other dresses also that we have used for weddings and quality wise has been amazing.

I highly recommend this company! I've ordered multiple dresses and they're GORGEOUS. However, I am on the larger end of the size scale and have struggled with some of the sizing. But I reached out to customer service for advice, and they have been AMAZING at helping me, going into great details with measurements and suggestions and their opinions. I am so grateful! Their patience has been unending with all my questions. The return and exchange process was excellent, as well. I'll definitely continue to shop here for amazing photo shoot dresses!

Beautiful dress for 11 year old
My daughter is an aspiring model and influencer. She does many photoshoots in which we are always looking for new designers and styles to try. This was her second dress from Joyfolie and it is quickly becoming her favorite. The dress arrived on time in perfect condition. The quality of materials is exceptional and well made. She loves the little charm on the tag. It gives it such a warm feeling. She loves the boho variety they offer.
We both look forward to seeing what they come with next! There is definitely more Joyfolie in her future!

I have an exemplary experience with…customer service
I have an exemplary experience with Joyfolie--and most specifically their customer service. I ordered shoes for my daughter to wear as a flower girl in our niece's wedding. It is hard to buy shoes for a young growing person online. Initially the shoes I ordered were too small. I returned them for a larger size (size 3). The size was correct by the heel was too high and we decided we should return them for flats. I returned the heels for size 3 flats. They arrives and were the perfect look, but too big. I tried to return them, however, I had reached the max number of times i could return something. I contacted customer service and initially was told I could not return these. I responded to explain that the heels fit in size 3 and the flats were too big and they granted me an exception and accepted my return. I then asked if they could expedite sending the new shoes because our date of travel was rapidly approaching and they also granted this exception. I am exceedingly impressed and surprised that there is a caring, considerate, understanding person on the other side of the email who was willing to understand my perspective and grant these reasonable exceptions. You really don't get customer service like this any more. I will continue to recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you!

Birthday Dinner Date

Bad business
Don’t waste your money with this company. I purchased from them once and received a dress that is poorly made and does not fit. Customer service does not make any effort to try to develop returning customers. Will be recycling the dress. Would be too embarrassed to gift this to somebody.

Misleading Return Policy / Frustrating Customer Service Experience
Being able to talk to customer service would be helful. I paid the extra for hassle free returns, discovered only an exchange was possible, chose an item that didn't come to the full amount of the tops that didn't fit, attempted to modify my exchange order before they had shipped anything, and they were unable to work with my modified desired outcome. Aiming to go for natural fiber clothing moving forward.

The Checkout+ "Hassle-Free Returns" option that was purchased provides free return shipping on eligible items and package protection for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. It does not modify or override the eligibility requirements of our standard return policy, which are clearly outlined on our website and throughout the return process.
Regarding your exchange request, we understand you wanted to modify the replacement item after deciding on a different option. However, your request to add or change items was made after you had already shipped your return back to us. At that point, the exchange process had already begun in our system, and once an exchange reaches that stage, we are no longer able to manually modify the selected replacement items.
Had we received your request before the exchange process was initiated, we would have been happy to update your exchange selection. As explained in our email correspondence, certain actions cannot be manually changed once they have entered a specific stage in our system, as doing so could affect order accuracy and fulfillment.
Throughout this process, our team remained in communication with you, answering your questions and explaining each step along the way. While we do not currently offer phone support, our customer care team is committed to providing timely, detailed assistance through email to ensure every customer receives the support they need.
