JST Electronics provided me with a very good repair service

When I phoned JST Electronics the call was answered by an engineer or agent who understood immediately when I informed him about the Hoover Vacuum Cleaner's defective parts.
The person organised for the spare parts to be posted directly to my address and they arrived within a few days.
The repair was dealt with very efficiently and the vacuum is now working perfectly since I fitted the spare parts.
I am very impressed and satisfied with the service I received from JST Electronics.

Great experience

Great experience. Clear with dates and expectations of when repair would happen and how long it would take.

Came back with a repaired hoover! Couldn't be more thankful.

Highly recommend

I had a really positive experience with JST Electronics. The replacement remote was sent out very quickly and arrived without any issues. The whole claim process was straightforward and easy to follow, which made everything stress-free.

Communication was clear and professional throughout. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them to others.

Thank you for such efficient and reliable service.

Hi I phoned Domestic and General…

Hi I phoned Domestic and General on29-01-2026 been having problems with both tv and sky controls explained problems shortly after JST rang me for details of tv photoed label on rear cover the sky control came2days later and the tv control came about week later both working perfectly

Absolutely delighted with the service

Absolutely delighted with the service. I phoned on Tuesday lunchtime, my tv was collected a few hours later and returned repaired by 4pm Wednesday. I was kept up to date throughout the process and found the price very good value for money. I won't hesitate to contact them again if needed. Highly recommended, faultless service.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Sent out part for my vacuum cleaner very promptly and once fitted the vacuum cleaner was as good as new. Highly recommend
