We have E6 and E8 coffee machines and to date our experience has been very good. So much better than 3 previous Miele machines which gave endless problems.

Website doesn't have all spares listed. Email enquiry answered promptly. The phones don't work, some long term technical issue. Plus the spares are very expensive. But delivered promptly

A very speedy spares service.
I ordered my spares on Tuesday and they arrived on the Thursday. I though it was a very fast service and a a reasonable cost for the spares I ordered.

Excellent service
I recently returned my machine for repair and service, the whole process has handled professionally and the service carried out was excellent including collection and delivery.
My recent order for a spare parts was handled equally well and very quickly.
