So far it's good

So far it's good, I'm happy with it.
The only downside is the app, it's really poorly developed. Hard to see the details about the journey as the layout is messed up so you see multiple things on top of each other.

Tracker was not received within 7 days…

Tracker was not received within 7 days and although I notified Jurney of a new tracker to be sent, this was ignored and my policy was cancelled without prior telephone call.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry your policy has been cancelled and that you didn’t receive your JURNYmeter.

After investigation, we can see you have been insured with us since 27th March 2023, and the policy was cancelled on 21st April 2023.

Our records confirm the only occasion we were informed that the device had not been received was on 5th April where you were advised to contact us again on 7th April if it had not been received so we could arrange for a new device to be sent.

As we did not receive a response, your policy was due to be cancelled on 11th April however another cancellation notice was issued as you advised us you were on holiday and to allow further time giving you up until 21st April.

A cancellation day email was then sent to you on 21st April advising that the device needed to be installed and a signal received by 4 pm. As we did not receive a response your policy was then cancelled.

Very affordable insurance if you drive…

Very affordable insurance if you drive less. I hardly drive so best option for me for my insurance. Excellent service from Jurny and easy to communicate anything and get it resolved through customer service unlike other insurance companies. Definitely recommend Jurny to other customers out there wanting peace of mind!!!

After investigation, we can see you have recently spoken with a customer service agent in relation to the acceptance of your No Claims Bonus. Unfortunately, you were advised that we are unable to accept your no-claims bonus as it was not earnt with a UK based insurer.

The Confused.com website and our website mentions about No Claims Bonus only accepted from the UK. Our policy confirmation email also states this information, you would have recieved this after purchase.

Very convenient for low mileage users.
I really feel comfortable as my this car mileage is very low.
Very accurate mileage calculator, online app is very easy to use.
Customer service response is very quick on email.
The Jurny meter is very easy to install,you need to install it on Diagnostic slot, after few seconds you will see red light flashing it means it has been installed, within hours you will get confirmation on email for successful installation.
I will recommend it to everyone who does not drive much.

If you drive a lot it's not for you.
Will definitely renew next year.

Wouldn’t use them again

Wouldn’t use them again. So annoying to keep having to top up on use of mileage. I didn’t realise it worked like this

JURNY is a pay-per-mile car insurance product, prior to purchase we explain on our website and quote journey that we will charge you a unique rate-per-mile as you drive.

If you drive less than the estimated annual mileage you provided, it will cost you less than the annual estimate we provided. However, if you drive more, it will cost you more.

You can monitor your usage through your personal online dashboard to keep track of your account balance and review trips. To make things really easy, you can also set your pre-pay account to auto top-up and that way you don't have to worry about it. Either way you'll never pay for mile you don't drive.

Good price but tracker is absolutely…

Good price but tracker is absolutely pathetic I think for a 52 year old man with ample no claims benefit.? WHY ? ………it isn’t nesscessary.

The JURNY car insurance product is desgined to have a self install JURNYmeter sent in the post and installed to the vehicle. We do not sell any other insuance only (black box).

We explain on our website and quote journey prior to purchase and give more details in our policy booklet.

The JURNYmeter is only used to tell us how much you drive so that we can charge you accurately as this is a pay-per-mile policy so we do need to know how many miles you drive. It is not there to monitor how you drive.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, Very bad insurance provider,, had an accident since Wednesday they didn’t take my car to repair yet no even providing courtesy car yet when i call them they tell me they will get back to me but for past 3 days haven’t heard anything from you no recommended

After investigation, we can see you called us and spoke to an advisor about your claim on the19th April. Our customer service team advised of the next steps and how to report the claim to the insurer.
