#Daniel #Hodgson was my broker, and he closed my mortgage in about a month, if not less. This was great because I had to terminate business with three mortgage brokers before him because they were incompetent, ate up two months of my time, and I had to go over their work to find errors. I am incredibly grateful to Daniel and  also to Amy for her assistance during his leave. Daniel answered my emails promptly and was always courteous and professional. He also quickly arranged my mortgage. He was able to critically review the necessary documentation for the mortgage application process because of his analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail. In addition, he was resourceful, well-connected, and willing to answer my queries and positive! Thank you so much Daniel and Amy!

Peter Grout Just mortgages was recommended to us by one of my husband colleagues from work. We can’t thank Peter enough , he has made this whole process of mortgage so easy. From finding the right bank at the time ,to solicitor, house insurance, life insurance everything you need. You name it Peter will know the answer.

Extreme frustration with this organisation had 3 bad experiences now the latest with a Parmi at Romford Hart failed to make a zoom call this morning previously had similar experiences unreliable with a lack of communication

I enquired to see if this company can help. I had an advisor "Daniel" call me and I let him know the details. He stated he can help and got me to log into their company portal where I viewed all their T&C's as well as their fees.
I was requested to upload all my documentation which I did, and it was quite extensive request.

Never heard back from Daniel again and 2 weeks have gone by since my last communication with him.

Excellent service from start to finish! Nathan Smith was fantastic, nothing was ever too much (including the copious calls and emails we made, even on evenings) nothing was ever too much! All ran smooth throughout, very clear and concise. Topped off with a gift box received today to congratulate us on our purchase and thabk us for our business. Would highly reccomend.

They instructed one of their lenders to perform a hard search on our credit files without our permission.

Currently going through a "complaints" process, even though all the evidence is there black and white. I would highly suggest anyone thinking of going with Just at the moment to hold fire - we are currently only asking for our valuation fee back, however should the "complaints" process be unsuccessful, this will become a court matter relating to the fraud act and Just Mortgage Brokers Limited will most likely be wound down in court.

We approached Just Mortgage Brokers as they have previously helped us in the past. Nathan Smith was excellent from the very start right through the entire process. He always explained things clearly, understood our circumstances and was always at the end of the phone if we ever had a question *and there was a few!). We felt that he went above and beyond to help us, resulting in our mortgage offer on our forever home.

Because we’re directors of our business we weren’t a standard high street slam dunk to say the least but, things started to look much more positive as soon as we spoke to Dan at Just Mortgage Brokers. He saw what we knew…all the pieces were there we just needed someone with a bit more about them to put it all together and get us what we needed…our first mortgage for the home we were desperate to own! The challenges continued and it was a long journey to offer but every single bump in the road was handled with patience and professionalism. Dan was a voice of calm and reason throughout the entire process! He was persistent with our lender and extended invaluable advice and guidance throughout the entire process. On the odd occasion he was unavailable (due to Jury Service), his colleagues stepped in to offer a seamless, uninterrupted service and it would be amiss of me not to give them a mention for their help and perseverance with me and the lender in his absence. I can genuinely say we will never use anyone for our mortgages. What a great company, my case was so complicated & doubtful of achieving a mortgage. My broker was Nathan Smith told me at the beginning he would find me a morgage & true to his word he did, there was alot of emails & issues along the way from the other parties but Nathan was always at the end of phone reassuring me & advising. Am thankful to just morgage brokers & mainly Nathan for all there help i would 100% use again advise anyone requiring a morgage to use these guys. AMAZING 👏
