My boiler broke down and called John on Saturday. He sent Paul and George 8AM on Monday morning. Very professional and neat Worcester-Bosch installation. Absolutely pleased with the service.

Jamie is a fantastic guy and very helpful, he did a great job installation a new boiler for us.

Due to pressure on our boiler dropping , a leak on the seam of a bedroom radiator was found which cancelled out our central heating on a very cold snowy day , due to JWHeating fitting our new combi boiler 18 months before and them doing a brilliant job we contacted them again to see if they could solve this problem ASAP due to the cold weather conditions, John arranged for the heating engineer to replace the radiator later the same day ,after a couple of hours everything was back to normal and my home was back to being warm and cosy thanks to John and his amazing team and the reason for giving my 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our boiler broke completely over Christmas. Sent a message via the web site on boxing day. Contacted immediately by John. Sent pictures of current flu and boiler set up. He advised, gave a price and provided written quote. Agreed to install next day (27 Dec). Boiler installed quickly and no mess. Very pleased with the service, install and speedy responses.

I can't speak highly enough of this company, our boiler was condemned during our annual service from Bristish Gas, only a few days before christmas with a baby, a toddler and 2 children in the house.

We had quotes from 3 different companies and John's quote was the best and he could fit a new boiler the following morning. The lads came and installed the boiler in only a few hours and left it spotless!

This is the 2nd time I have used KW heating and what can I say they have delivered the best results ever.... rang them this morning 8am and basically had a Worcester boiler fitted by 3pm... John rang with competitive price said can fit it today he said 2 guy be there with the hour and sort it... Mike and Lou turned up explained everything also confirmed we didn't need extra flu saving us money..... also the were so professional polite knowledgeable clean and tidy and a credit to JW Heating top class... honestly deal with them is simple there no BS or sales patter, that the price and can fit then I wish all business took this strategy as it's refreshing like to wish all the staff at JW heating a wonderful Christmas 🎅

Contacted JW Heating to book a boiler service, was booked in for a couple of weeks later. Matt turned up to do the service, kept me informed on everything he was doing and gave some good tips on saving money, he was a very professional and personable guy. Price was very reasonable, I would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Wow these previous reviews do not lie. My boiler had its day broke and we were stuck. Done the process to submit details online for a quote. Kerry rang straight away to see how urgent it was no pushy sales. John rang shortly after and due to the urgency, we video called each other via WhatsApp and shown him around the boiler. This guy has been in the business for years. He pointed out things needing doing for safety reasons and I thought this is going to be expensive. I was wrong, the lads who came round on the Wednesday from the call made on Monday were amazing. Knew their stuff, friendly and went above and beyond. You can tell this group have their customers first. Very very impressed. You will not go wrong going with these great people. Highly recommended and I will definitely be recomending them to friends and family in need of their services. Well done.

Sent email early Monday morning, Phone call from Kerry within 10 minutes. Asked if it was convenient for someone to call me back to discuss the possible job.
Got another within another 10 minutes. Discussed job . Sent photos. Had a fixed comprehensive price within the hour. Told they would be at our house at 9 am today. That’s 2 days from enquiry. Old boiler out ,new boiler Dan and Jamie worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and left our house nice and clean. Most of all , it was warm . The firm were really competitive with other companies. Not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive.

One week before Christmas and our 24 year old boiler breaks down leaving us with no heating and no hot water and our mum of 77 years waiting to come stay following surgery. British Gas had no empathy what so ever and other companies near to us let us down. I stumbled across Kerry and John at JW Heating who firstly prioritized us for next day visit. John attended bang on time at 09:00 he was very nice pleasant gentleman who swiftly and removed our broken boiler and replaced a new one. John spoke with my husband advising him of things to help us in the future. John finished at around 3pm and left our house clean and tidy. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Kerry and John such a professional company who had empathy for a customer in desperate need bang of Christmas. Our British Gas subscription has now been cancelled as we will be using JW Heating from now on and anyone we hear needing help I will be directing them to Kerry and John. Thank you very much X

The boiler in our rental property recently failed its annual gas safety inspection and was beyond economical repair. JW Heating were fantastic and provided a very competitive quote within the same afternoon, the new boiler was installed the following day, thanks again for your professionalism and quick response, keep up the great work guys!

Boiler went on the blink Friday morning and as it's 13 years old we decided to replace it. Did a little research and looked at JWHeating. Reviews looked a bit too good to be true. Thankfully, they're not. By Saturday 12.30 we had a new boiler fitted and running. From our first call with Kerry, through to John and on to Dan, the engineer, everything was what you would love to experience, but never do. I was gobsmacked by how easy it all was. Thank you

I contacted John Wilkinson on behalf of an elderly man who was without heating and hot water.
I received a speedy response and the boiler was replaced in less than 48 hours during what is a very busy period for heating engineers. The level of communication was excellent and the engineers arrived as planned - they were polite, friendly and very efficient. The installation was completed without disruption at a very competitive price.

From the first point of contact the whole process has been fantastic. Quote given for the recommended boiler could not be matched. Fitted within three days of receiving the quote. On arrival a plastic cover was placed across all areas to be walked on to protect the carpets, including the stairs. Old boiler removed, new one fitted and everything cleared within 4 hours. Then gave full instructions on how to operate and manage the fitted product. Would 100% recommend this company for price, product, customer focus and service, fitment and focus on every element. I can thoroughly recommend JWHS for a boiler install or other plumbing work. From initial phone call to installation was just over a week, John did the survey and the quotation and he also introduced us to the Warmly scheme which is a great option for service and guarantee of the installation. The installation team were great, very prompt, polite and helpful. We are very happy with the service received from JWHS

The initial chat with Kerry, lovely lady & genuinly helpful, a great introduction to JW - to the video chat with John, diagnosing & costing the job there & then, very professional & informative, no pressure & in the situation i was in, very prompt - to the guys carrying out the work - lovely lads, courteous, skilled, friendly & despite the snow & the journey they got to mine unphased, nothing was a problem & they were very tidy & thoughtful.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I phoned Monday morning, Kerry I think her name was, was lovely to speak to and arranged for John to come out that day since we where without heating and hot water, John was at my house bang on 2pm like promised and we had our new boiler installed by 2pm Wednesday morning. His guy was brilliant, tidy and explained the working of the new boiler clearly. Definitely recommend this company and glad I came across them.
