Excellent service and very clean workers

John is not only an excellent heating engineer but a kind and compassionate person 👌.
Our boiler broke down unexpectedly not once but twice. We have my 80 year mother visiting from India who has many health issues. We were desperate and contacted many engineers.
We even got cheated by a supposed emergency call out company from Warrington 😅
John was the only person who responded and immediately sent out engineers to first fix the problem and then replace the malfunctioning pump 😊. His timekeeping and kindness touched our hearts ♥️
His fees is also very reasonable. Would recommend him to everyone who needs a new boiler or repairs

The survey was carried out on a Tuesday. We had 3 quotes. JW Heating was the cheapest. We had a new 36kw boiler and 9 new radiators installed the following week.
All installed as the quote. No extras. The team of installers were friendly, left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of the day. Great job thanks

I needed my broken boiler replacing and moving due to the position of the flue breaching boundary regulations. After ringing around 4 or 5 different plumbers and getting more and more confused, stressed and let down, I came across JW Heating.
The lady I spoke to said she would get John to call me. I just thought ‘I’ve heard that before’. However, I was pleasantly surprised when John called me within minutes. He promised to pop round in an hour and he was bang on time. He explained everything to me and his knowledge and experience shone through. I finally felt reassured and not coerced into spending thousands of pounds on a job I wasn’t convinced was the right fix.
John saved me thousands and explained why a combi boiler was the most suitable option for us.
Two days later, at 8am, as promised, his team arrived, removed the old boiler and tank and installed the new boiler . All done by 2pm! His team were professional, tidy and polite. Flawless service!
I honestly cannot fault the service at all. Even the admin staff on the phone to arrange payment options were fantastic. They answered the phone quickly, knew who I was, had all my details to hand and answered all my questions.
I have to give JW 100%. It is rare to get customer service like this and it should be applauded. Thank you (from a very toasty warm customer)

Spoke to John on the Wednesday, boiler fitted on Friday. Mike and his young apprentice were fantastic on the day, went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed and explained. I would 100% recommend.

Our boiler broke on Thursday leaving us without hot water and heating, we knew we needed a replacement. On Friday we looked at costs for a new boiler and came across JW Heating Services who were far more competitive than British Gas, Scottish Power etc. Spoke to John who discussed our needs and finance options and he arranged for a new boiler to be installed the following day, Saturday. The engineer, think it was Dan, arrived Saturday afternoon did a great job, very helpful, hard working and tidy. Thanks to all John’s team for a very professional and competitive service, nice a warm now!

I completed an online questionnaire for a boiler which gave me 3 possible boilers. I already new which boiler I wanted but that was not shown. I rang the office and was told that someone would ring me back. Within 15 mins John rang me back listened to my request and agreed that the Worcester Greenstar 8000 35KW was right for my house. I explained that my original boiler had broke and we therefore had no heating or hot water this was on the Friday morning.
john said that he would send 2 gentleman to be with me at 0830 on the following Monday morning. Arrived bang on time on the Monday and Mike explained exactly what they would do. By 1500 hrs
the new boiler had been installed, Mike also explained how to operate the new boiler.
Very professional and very good service offered from start to finish with the added bonus of a very competitive price. you couldn't ask for a better service.

5 Star all the way. Was quoted, ordered and a quality new boiler installed within 6 days of first enquiry. John was keen and helpful from the first call and the two lads who installed were friendly, polite, helpful and respectful towards my house.

Today I had a new boiler fitted by JW heating services.
Mike was promptly on time with his apprentice Lewi.
They were very professional, friendly, Mike explained everything that he had to do and then I basically left them to it.
Once the boiler was up and running he showed me how it worked regarding water heating etc.
He then set my thermostat timer for me so that my heating will come on and off to my needs.
Thanks lads it was an absolute pleasure and thank you for all the answers and help I needed, living on your own is never easy, but Mike and lewi were so helpful.
They also left no mess and worked very clean and efficently.
I would highly recommend JW heating and the two guys that came today.

The best service ever. Having been shafted by another company who charged me £100 to essentially tell me that my boiler needs replacing. I then stumbled upon this company who were almost immediate in contacting me from me submitting my online query. I was then contacted by John within 15 minutes of speaking with the receptionist. He was so transparent and pulled out all the stops to diagnose the boiler by even FaceTiming my wife. He then explained all the finance packages to me without trying to force me to choose one. He kept in contact with me and was extremely patient. He moved mountains to get my new boiler installed earlier than planned. The engineer Dan was amazing. So supportive and conversational and even went the extra mile in helping me to put a cupboard up without an extra charge. He was clean and professional and very respectful of my home. Honestly the best service ever. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These are the go to contractors! The best service ever. The engineer turned up on time. Did a thorough service on our boiler. Extremely professional. A personable young man. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I originally reviewed this company in December 2023 when they installed my new boiler and gave them a super review.
Recently friends needed a new boiler and they came across this company on the web and saw my review so they contacted John Wilkinson.
They were delighted with the price and the manner in which they were dealt with and chose John's company. They were very pleased with the installation and are enjoying their new Worcester boiler.

It’s rare that I have my expectations exceeded, but that’s what happened here. A really efficient company form the first enquiry, a good price. Arrived exactly as promised and really top notch fitters - polite, skilled, thorough - a real credit to the company.

From my first contact with the companies boss, our experience was made very easy , he gave us a very competitive price that we were very happy with and went through everything with us about the best boiler for our property, arranged an installation date that suited us, the engineer Telephoned me the night previous to the day of installation confirming everything, they arrived exactly as they said they would, very professional in there work, cleaned up after themselves, all in all a very good company and experience, I would definitely recommend this company

The Quotation provided was very competitive, the Engineer arrived at the time and date of the arranged appointment, the replacement boiler and associated work was carried out expertly in a very neat and tidy manner, I was very impressed.

That’s nonsense Jarek!! Your response to my review is untrue you just didn’t come back. You didn’t want to go into the loft end of!! You want to put the camera where it was easy for you on a short ladder! Yes you were here arguing about why the camera couldn’t go where I said aesthetically it would look better. I agreed for it to go ahead at my responsibility and you didn’t return!!

My boiler packed up on Wednesday 11 July so time to source a new one after sifting through Internet I came across this company and after reading the excellent reviews I decided to give them a call on Thursday and right from the outset found everyone from the company polite helpful and professional and could not believe the next day my new boiler was up and running by 130 pm on Friday the engineers were professional clean and tidied up when complete 100% would recommend this company
