Kadai Firebowls - The Authentic Indian Fire Bowl Opiniões 

I have an old recycled Kadai which I love it came with the original stand. For my birthday someone purchased and gave me a smoker lid and support stand. The instructions did not match the stand I have as it is an old original style stand. I contacted Kadai and was told that it is only compatible with the new style Gothic stands, and that there was nothing more they could offer. Very poor customer service as nowhere do they state the lids and support rings are still not compatible with the new style gothic stands which they said I needed to buy.

Terrible company. I would avoid.

I bought my husband the 70" Kadai Firebowl because his favourite country is India, and he is Australian (they love BBQs) so this was the perfect gift for him.

We absolutely love cooking on it. It is such a fun way to spend an afternoon, and there are so many amazing and well crafted attachments that make cooking so much fun!

It is incredibly well made, and all of the accessories mean I will never have to think of another birthday present for him again!

Now we just need this rain to back off a bit so we can stop using it under umbrellas !!

I have been a long time Kadai user and their customer service is some of the best I have ever had.

At the end of summer 2024 I noticed that my firebowl had finally died after many years service so my christmas present from my family that year was a new one. We went a size up so I could get the pizza overn as my present for Christmas 2025 (that's planning for you). My friends know that I love a kadai accessory and a friend bought me a windshield however they bought the size down from my current firebowl. I got in touch with Kadai firebowls and explained the problem, they immediately understood I did not want my friend to find out so they arranged a collection, sent me a new one and sorted out me paying the difference. They kept in touch throughout the process and they could not have been more pleasent to deal with.
On top of that the products themselves are of excellent quality and properly designed, they actually, properly work. I have recommending Kadai to friends, family and work colleagues.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I have contacted Kadia customer services with a query about my order but they have not responded in a month. You cannot get any response from them so be aware !!

Great product. We use this when we go camping as a BBQ and then a fire pit when we've finished cooking. We love it. Delivery arrived two days after ordering. Customer service from this company is outstanding. I had a self-caused issue and contacted the company for help. I received a prompt reply and they really went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I was most impressed. I can tell they genuinely care.

Great customer service. Ordered a table top for our fire bowl. Arrived slightly damaged but received fast and responsive help to collect and deliver a replacement. Thanks to Beth for her assistance.

Great table top makes the fire bowl look far more pleasing plus an extra garden table when not in use.

I had an issue with my Assado Cross. Contacted Kadai to explain the issue. No quibbles, a new one was sent out immediately. Could not ask for better service. Well done Kadai.

Ordered a Kadai table set and considering the size if the order it came remarkably quickly. One item was broken during transit and Bethanne and Beccy in customer services were easy to contact and very responsive, sending me out a new item from the warehouse even faster than the original delivery. It is still very nice and reassuring to be able to liaise with people working within the company and they were so helpful. Mike

Ordered the Tula Kadai kit with some additional items and couldn’t be happier with the speed of delivery and the quality of the items. One small item was missing and sent out next day delivery with no fuss. Beth was amazing with customer service and keeping me up to date with order.

I got some chairs and table, they're super high quality and the staff have been very helpful in ensuring I am taking proper care of the furniture. Very fast at replying and happy to help, would highly recommend.

I am a pretty experienced BBQ’er and recently bought quite a bit of gear from Kadai.
Everything was delivered in the time frames they quoted and all arrived intact.

Did have an issue with the weld on the Asado Cross, contacted Kadai support and my replacement should be arriving tomorrow.

From my perspective all in all….great bit of kit for live fire cooking which to me is reasonably priced with swift outstanding service.

We recently purchased a BBQ and Firebowl direct from Kadai, the customer service I received whilst making the purchase was excellent. Delivery was fast and the customer service team were incredibly efficient, ensuring I received everything I needed in time for a planned family BBQ. Using the Kadai was amazing! A better overall experience than any other BBQ we have ever used and the food tasted so much better!! Using the firebowl after the BBQ also added a special end to the evening. A small part snapped on my Kadai firebowl equipment - I sent an email to their Customer Service and they swiftly sent me a replacement part - at no extra charge to me, not even delivery charges. Great customer service - thank you Sam at Kadai.

Received amazing Custoner service after having a problem with our first bowl. Believe they are really trying to offer good service and products . They also seem to be evolving them to last longer which shows they care . Thanks for the help Sam . Lynsey and Dirk

I was really excited to receive my new travel Kadai, but after using it once I found a pretty big flaw in the product. I set up the travel Kadai at my allotment to try it out before taking it away with me on a wild camping weekend away. After using it and allowing it to cool I went to pack it away to take home, but realised I somehow needed to separate the beads (that I'm told must be used every time) from the ash. With no idea how to do this, I contacted Kadai and was told I needed to buy a riddle (type of sieve) or a lid. I feel like this information would have been useful before I bought the product, as it does seem that one of these items are essential for the product to be a 'travel' system as advertised. Really it should be included in the bundle as without it, this Kadai is just a small (ish) fire bowl with a bag. A real shame as I was quite happy with it initially.

After resisting the temptation of the Kadai display at our local Garden Centre for some time, I finally took the plunge but decided to go direct to Kadai. I'm glad that I did because the service was outstanding and everything happened exactly as promised in super-fast time. I must confess to getting "Kadai Addiction" and buying more accessories than I originally intended, but it really is addictive. No regrets - the build quality is really pleasing to look at and use. It makes you want to get stuck in and bring it to life. - Be warned that it needs some time, care & attention after use to keep it feeling like new, but I guess that a few burned-on marks and a bit of rust add to the authenticity of outdoor real-fire cooking.
I now wish that I'd bought one sooner and enjoyed more of the summer, but hey, the winter's upon us and what is fire for, if not to keep us warm (and fed!).
......My final tip is to get the Kadai Book and watch Adam Purnell's (Shropshire Lad) cooking videos. Inspiring and fun! - Thanks Adam, I'm sure a TV show isn't far away. Huge thanks to ALL of the Kadai Team! - Top notch, you should be proud!

1st class service. I love my Kadai but needed to replace my bowl, I'd had it for 6 years and used it so much so I emailed and was able to buy a bowl without the other bits. Hassle free and it arrived the same week.

I received a Kadai fire bowl for my birthday and have really enjoyed using it this summer. It is the perfect focal point for entertaining friends and family, with plenty of room to cook on. The tripod fits well and we have cooked both chicken and legs of lamb so far. The warming tray works well and I can highly recommend the blow poker as an accessory. As the sun goes down, the low stand turns it into a firepit. I am looking forward to many more family occasions with the Kadai fire bowl.
