Kadai Firebowls - The Authentic Indian Fire Bowl Opiniões 

It is rare these days to find a company with such exceptional customer service. I encountered a problem with my Kadai fire bowl and contacted the company who supplied it. Working with Debbie and the CEO Christo, my problem was resolved within 24 hours. Excellent communication, superb after sales, cannot recommend this reputable company highly enough.

We have a Kadai 100cm firepit and absolutely love it! We've ditched our bbq for our firepit and would highly recommend them. Really well made and a lovely social way to enjoy eating outside as well as keeping warm in the cooler evenings with family and friends.

I purchased a fire a 90cm firebowl with all the accessories including the beads (£495) it hasn’t even lasted me two years and the whole of the bottom fell through. I saw their stand at the RHS Chelsea flower show last month and explained to the lady/owner about it and was told that is definitely faulty as she’s had hers for over 15 yrs! And to send in pictures to the head office and they will sort it all out (she was clearly trying to get rid of me just incase someone heard) upon dealing with the head office I was told that a replacement can’t be issued but they are willing to sell me a new one and just remove the accessories and that cost as we already have them all from the last one we purchased from them. How disgusting I would definitely avoid at all costs, waste of money and very poor customer service!

Only 8 reviews and 3 stars, im shocked..... i saw these in the Garden centre the other week and was that impressed with the quality and thought that goes into these i had to buy one. I was even more impressed when it turned up that i ordered a load more accessories. Every one of their items its top notch, designed well and superb quality. They've thought of everything, Kadai.com website is just as well thought out, loads of videos and recipes etc, go on to youtube and there are even more recipes. I cannot believe i've not heard of this company and products before. Also had a minor issue with one of my deliveries and it was addressed straight away after only one email with no quibbles. Keep up the good work, i'm over the moon with my experience.

I understand now that Kadai had only recently joined TrustPilot when I left my original review, hence the delay in response. Once they were aware of my situation, they conducted a thorough investigation into my complaint. I was particularly impressed with their prompt and transparent communication during this process.

The resolution exceeded my expectations - Kadai offered me some free gifts as a goodwill gesture, which was a generous response to the situation. I sincerely appreciate this step they took, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I fell in love with their firebowls a while ago, when I saw them in our local garden center. This year we treated ourselves to a garden makeover (well over due). So I took the plunge and ordered up the pizza oven 70 cm recycled bundle and a few extras. Wow two things to applaud them on. First the fabulous quality of the product. It is just so well made. But just as importantly the service. The order was placed 1st April 09:55 (I know, may be not the best day), I had a personal email from the company by 11:50, to confirm details and make sure I was aware it would be delivered on a pallet. We confirmed the 8th April for delivery, asking me to call on the morning for an ETA. Ok so a slight hiccup here, when I called on 8th April the truck my order was on had broken down (these things happen, and it's how you deal with it that counts). Kadai totally took ownership and arranged for a morning delivery the next working day. When the shipment was delivered the driver insisted on taking it up my drive to outside our garage.

All in all an extremely positive experience.

Terrible!!! Within 2 days of buying it it was covered in rust. Ok if you like that look they say it’s part of the patina. I don’t so rubbed it down with cooking oil like they say but within a year holes started to appear, and now after 2 years it’s unusable. The metal is way too thin, payed over £200 for it, I might of well got an old oil drum and cut it down it would of lasted a lot longer. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!

I was given a Kadai fire bowl by my wife for my birthday about five years ago
It is now developing holes and unusable. The metal is far too thin. These are expensive items which I assume are bought for a few rupees in India and sold for £££ in the U.K.
Do yourself a favour: avoid Kadai

I bought the kadai large BBQ set with stand, and cooking kadai on the top and other accessories around 3 years ago from Longacres paid around 330 pound.Buying a iron BBQ set I expected It to last for life. After 3 years when I see the set I some how get in to tears, crying, upset. It's all ruin now. Holes all over the kadai. Rusted all around. More I use it more it's rusting and falling in to bits. I have not used it for a year now as I don't feel like using some thing like this in such a miserable condition. Beware of buying any products from the company. Even I tried to take the kadai to an iron monger who said he can't repair the kadai with so much rust.

Purchased several bits for our Kadai. Unfortunately the stone plate was chipped when it arrived. Contacted the company straight away and a new one was sent. Really pleasant company to deal with. Thank you very much.
