Kendamil pro comfort drops
We have been using the Kendamil pro comfort baby drops for a few weeks now. We ordered them after seeing reviews that it helped their little one’s constipation and eczema. Our baby would go 10+ days being constipated - since starting these he has had a bowel movement everyday . We have also seen an improvement in his eczema. Couldn't recommend more.

My baby switched from Aptamil (skeptical about the ingredients after the recall of some of the batches) to Kendamil and he likes it and is doing well with Kendamil :)

Product is good , but the delivery times not so great . Order well in advance to avoid running dry .

As a guide, we aim to fulfil orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, delivery can take up to 5 working days depending on the courier network.

Delivery was awful
Ordering from their website is easy, however issues start when it comes to delivery. The issues starting from my parcel (which had 2 products) where packed separately. Being unaware of this made understanding what was going on with the delivery very confusing. I was receiving Multiple emails from DPD, with different addresses for my delivery. Deliveries were attempted 4 times with me trying to communicate with customer service (who were helpful) but it was difficult with DPD. Once the packages finally arrived the boxes looked like they had been thrown around.
I won't be ordering from Kendamil again, it would have been quicker to go to the shop and buy in the end, which is a shame this order was ruined by their couriers rather than Kendamil themselves.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and I’m really sorry for the delivery experience you had. This is not the experience we want any customer to have at all, and I completely understand how frustrating and confusing this must have been.
Just to explain one part of what happened, some orders can arrive in more than one parcel. Different items are sometimes packed separately because they are different weights and sizes, and separating them helps prevent products from being damaged in transit. That said, you should have been clearly informed so you weren’t left trying to piece together what was happening from multiple courier emails.
I’m also very sorry to hear about the repeated delivery attempts and the condition the boxes arrived in. While we have limited control over the courier’s handling once parcels leave our warehouse, we work with DPD because they typically provide one of the highest standards of courier service in the UK, so it’s disappointing they didn’t meet that standard for you. I will be reporting your feedback directly to them.
You’ve already shared this with us through your Kendamil review, and if you would like to, you can also leave feedback directly with DPD about the conflicting emails, the multiple delivery attempts, and the parcel handling, as that helps ensure the issue is formally logged on their side as well.
Thank you again for letting us know, and I’m sorry this order was spoiled by the delivery experience.

So far so good!
I am happy with this formula. Baby has spent the first 8 months of life having a different formula prescribed for low weight preemie babies. She was ready to switch to standard formula two weeks ago and the switch has been incredibly easy. My little one loved Kendamil and I love the ready made bottles. I haven’t had access to this until now and it is so much easier than having to carry 100 different items to make a bottle.

Brilliant milk I have 7 children and always used aptimol or c&g however this brand came out a few years back I gave it ago my son loved it it was fairly hard to get hold of in supermarkets at first but now is everywhere I use with my 5 month daughter and she's very happy on it top product
