Hi Shell, thank you for your review. I understand your concern and wish to assure you that while not preferred, minor issues with solubility do not impact the safety or nutritional quality of the formula. For context, solubility can vary across our products because it is, in specific circumstances, possible for insoluble particles to be formed during the production process. The main causes are variability in the natural raw materials, like the whole milk we use, or in processing conditions as we start and end particular batches. You can rest assured that
we test all of the batches of milk we receive and all samples taken must pass laboratory assessment prior to being used in any finished products. In some cases the solubility of the milk can be impacted by how the formula is prepared. The following are some of the more common issues that arise during preparation that can lead to
poorly dissolved powder:
- Adding water to powder – powder should always be added to water.
- Adding powder once the water has cooled to body temperature - water should be around 70°C when powder is added.
- Insufficient agitation of powder – the bottle of formula should be shaken well, rather than swirled or rolled between the palms.
- Use of automated make-up devices – these are not conducive to good reconstitution as they neither add the correct temperature of water nor sufficiently agitate the feed.
We’re sorry for any concern caused and hope that this has helped reassure you that this is normal and the formula is fit for use.

My little one absolutely loves this formula.. sometimes even more than breast milk! Also communicating with the company with query’s etc have been very pleasant, they’re defo a supportive & caring brand. Happy I chose them! <3

When I was pregnant I had zero clue…
When I was pregnant I had zero clue what milk to buy for my baby. I asked my mum who suggested SMA, something I was given as a baby. Everything was fine until it was recalled of late.
Kendermil wasn't really recognised by the older people in my life,so I didn't really give it a chance. I bought what was trusted by loved ones close to me. Then, when SMA was recalled, I lost faith in the brand. I then went over to Aptamil as that's all that was available in my supermarket. Then that got recalled, and I was so unsure what to buy.
I learned that Kendamil do a subscription service and deliver for free which has been a life saver. I live in a small town so having two massive brands recalled, left the shelves empty. What was even reassuring is that kendamil organic and original can be used side by side. So when I could only get my hands on the organic range at the beginning that was perfectly fine to use with the original one. I learned I could subscribe and have it delivered online which has been so helpful.
I also have noticed my sons poo is now firmer. Something I didn't think was possible for a 5month old.
I even feel the quality of the Kendamil tub is far more better then the two previous brands I've used. Silly, but its the little things like this that feel more luxurious at a cost efficient price.

I am glad our free home delivery and subscription helped, and it is great to hear you found it easy to use Organic and Classic side by side. Both meet the same nutritional requirements, so parents can choose based on preference and availability. Changes in stool texture can happen when switching formulas and often settle as little tummies adjust. If you ever have concerns about comfort or frequency, your health visitor or GP can guide you.
Thank you as well for the kind words on the tins. We put a lot of care into both the recipe and the packaging, and it is lovely to hear that comes through.

Finally found the perfect milk! No more eczema triggers.
I cannot recommend Kendamil Organic First Infant Milk Stage 1 enough. My daughter absolutely loves it, and the difference it has made for her skin is incredible. We struggled with other brands that seemed to trigger her eczema, but since switching to this organic version, her skin has been clear and she is a much happier baby.
Ordering online was a breeze, and I was impressed by the quick delivery—it arrived much faster than expected. For an organic, high-quality formula, the price is also very reasonable. So glad we made the switch!

Great product! Colic baby
My baby suffered from colic and the comfort milk has really helped! It took a few weeks for him to get used to and I also find swirling the bottle reduces bubbles even! Great product!! Xxx

Amazing customs service!!!
I forgot to change the date of my subscription and have noticed in the morning that an order has been placed automatically. I contacted straight away the Kendamil customer service via email and whatsup, and within less than 30 min Kirsten, one of the Kendamil representatives, got in touch to say that my order has been cancelled and that I will receive my refund in 3-5 working days in my account.
Very grateful for the help and for dealing with the issue so promptly!!

Hi Krisz, As parents ourselves, we know how important it is to receive baby milk shipments in a timely manner. On behalf of our courier, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
We have escalated to DPD who advised the parcel was at their depot from the 4th - 6th February when they received a request for delivery to another address scheduled for the 9th February. I can see that you then cancelled the order and requested a refund which was issued immediately.
We have reported this to DPD also and again apologise for the inconvenience caused.

My first was on it back in 2023, now my twins are on it as I had such a good experience with it the first time! Not just the formula milk but also the porridge are great all 3 children love them! Great choice of flavours too! I went subscription on the formula as its so popular where I live and was hard to get stock at local shop so decided to subscribe which is so convenient when you have 3 under the age of 3 and don't have to scramble to shops. Would and have recommended to fellow mummies to be!

They delivered promptly at my door packaging intact not at all damaged.
They were prompt with delivery date and time was really impressed. I don’t have to leave my house and worry about bays milk as I know I have a subscription it will be delivered to my front door.
Excellent for busy mums that don’t want to worry about running low on milk or not having any.

I ordered the pre-made bottles for my hospital bag as my hospital only provided cow & gate or Aptimil so I haven’t put them to use just yet! I’ve 8 weeks to go. So far all the reviews have been excellent and on doing my own research I feel this is the best choice for us! My other children were fed on Cow & Gate. I will happily write another review when baby is here and I’m using the product
