Be patient. The product is fabulous. It just took quite a bit longer to receive my order.

Even though it took a little time to receive the curtains - which are beautiful! - Amy was there to answer questions and explain the delay. She gave me excellent customer service. The curtains are a very good material and nicely made. I would buy from this company again!

Very nice curtains exactly as described and pictured. I ordered these for my mother and she was very pleased with them.

UPDATE: because the first pair of curtains was the correct color and size, we ordered the same identical curtains for the other two windows in the same room. The newer curtains were a completely different color, despite having ordered the same thing. Now all three sets need to be returned and there is NO RETURN PROCESS. There is no way to initiate a return on their website, no way to ship the curtains back and even an order number was not provided, just a tracking ID. There was nothing in the box, no copy of the order, nothing. This is the problem ordering goods from mainland China; DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. My mother is now stuck with several hundreds of dollars of curtains she cannot use in the same room.

The curtains look great. Wife did have to hem them up about 4”. However, it took forever for the tie backs to come.
Overall, very pleased.

I simply asked to return the curtains. And this is the email I received:

We are very sorry that our product did not meet your expectations.
Would you consider giving it to your family or friends？
If you want a full refund or a replacement, you need to return this order to us.
And the return shipping fee is covered by you, which will cost much time and money.
So this is why I suggest you to keep this item.
And we can issue you partial refund as compensation. How about that?

I find this highly unprofessional and strange! I just want to return my item!

We purchased these to shade us from the setting sun on our deck. They installed easily and worked very well to keep sun out. They are a little lightweight in the wind but we solved that with some strategically placed snaps.

Our curtains turned out so beautiful and perfectly made. They’re high quality and exactly what I asked for.

Came faster than I expected, the color was a little more red than purple, but still were beautiful!

We purchased six panels and three tension rods for our screened porch. They arrived just as expected and were extremely easy to put up. The quality and look of the fabric was a surprise since I had purchased similar curtains from another company at a much higher price. Love them. They will provide the shade and privacy we need when we need it!
