This company is terrible. They sent me the wrong part. I followed their RMA process. They kept asking for more and more pictures, closer pictures and pictures of labels that didn't exist. Then, they stopped responding. The RMA process is a scam and they will never take a part back or refund you for their mistake. They will do everything possible to avoid taking anything back. I am still trying to dispute it with my credit card because even though they won't respond to me, they will to the bank and they claimed that the RMA process "wasn't completed". Its a sham. Be warned.
Edit: I love the concerning response from kiapartsnow.com. They are going to have someone reach out to me? This is what I've requested in 20+ correspondences and I still haven't heard a thing. This is just more lies from the company. I will never hear from them and they will never refund me for the parts sent incorrectly or take them back.

The item arrived very fast, but the package was opened. The plastic wrap opened too. Was an electric part, I hope it doesn’t bring any problems.

Kiapartsnow sent me a different part than what I ordered. They would not accept a return or refund the item. Even after I sent them numerous pictures proving that they were at fault, they refused to even accept a return of the unused part in it's original package.

Checked out and paid already. Two days later was told theres a price adjustment and I needed to pay more to get it shipped.

A week later I got the wrong part. Took another week to go through rma. Customer service feels as cheap as the price is say. Rush rush and push clients through.

I would say to avoid this place. They denied my rma given everything they asked for claiming it's due to electrical component. They sent the wrong part, and denied it, so i'm going after a dispute. Folks, use a credit card for these types of safety net.

The obtaining of proper part numbers of similar parts is confusing at first but after awhile it is very logical. Well done !

I didn't have any problems, only that it wasn't the part I needed and I didn't know where I put the package it came in to return it back. So I have a extra taillight connector.
