Recently received an order from them missing multiple parts. I contacted them knowing that I was past the 30 day "returns" policy thinking that since they simply didn't send the parts they would be decent and resolve the issue. This is where I was wrong. After multiple times attempting to contact them and being hung up on etc, I get to someone who gives me the same 30day RMA policy quote and tells me, Sorry but they're not going to do anything about it. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank to resolve the issue since they were unwilling to correct their mistake.

I ordered 2 new CV axles. Two arrived, one was new, the second was a broken RMA return with the RMA information on the box, a clearly broken part, and additionally the original recipients personal information. When I contacted customer support they stated there was nothing they could do and denied my RMA. As evidenced by the the plethora of 1 star reviews this is not a company that honors their product. Their goal is to string you along to try and avoid a chargeback. Just do the chargeback and move on.

Sent a part that although had the correct part number was the wrong color for model yr.
When contacted company they perked me around endlessly and never really did anything but said we are looking into it...had to stop payment to get any results...I would go to a Real dealer and pay the high price these guys Are Trouble!!!

A brake rotor I ordered arrived with a chip in it. Contacted them for the RMA process on 25th of August. It is now September 28th and it has not been resolved. They’ve ignored emails. Even a week after the returned part reached them I’ve heard nothing and received nothing. A month without the money or the part is ridiculous.

I’m inclined to believe that this company is a scam fronting as a parts supplier. It’s almost impossible to speak to a person. You’ll no get shipment notice in time and when you do, you’ll never get your part because I suspect that they’ve perfected the art of sending a USPS notice that the order got a shipment tracking.

However, it never leaves the location where it was supposed to be picked up from, let alone be in transit. This same pattern happened a couple of times. They’ll convince you that they’ll file a lost claim and reship the item after a few weeks. A month later, the exact thing happened. After two months of waiting, with my car sitting around, I asked for my refund but could never get anyone to speak to after a few tries over different days.

Took 9 days to finally get my credit card charged. Still haven't gotten the parts. WORST customer experience ever. I understand why talking to a live person is so difficult.
The money saved on parts isn't worth the delay and aggravation. I ordered from them before and it wasn't bad, but I'm inclined not to use them again. If they're that busy, perhaps hiring additional personnel would help. I don't enjoy waiting that long for communication. Hopefully the parts are correct when I get them
UPDATE: Parts arrived in separate shipments. That was a fact unbeknownst to me until thr parts started arriving. Some parts came FEDEX and others came USPS. I,ve stated my frustrations, and I received a reply. I'm glad this experience is concluded. Thank you!

I was missing a part from my order, tried to talk to a real person but phone goes to automated system that just cycles and livechat "agents" don't seem to want to help at all. I submitted an RMA for the missing part as instructed and was told someone would respond in 1-2 days. It's been 5 days and livechat agents continually respond with someone will reach out in 1-2 days...

I ordered two front control arms for a 2017 Lexus RX350. Ten days later, when I received the package, I discovered that one control arm was for a 2016 Toyota Highlander and the other was for a newer-generation Lexus RX.

They take two days to respond to every return-related message! I have already lost a significant amount of time and money because the right control arm had already been removed at the auto repair shop. When the mechanics inspected the new parts, they realized that they were for different vehicles.

This company does not seem to be in any hurry to resolve this issue, and the way they are handling the situation is making me seriously question whether this is a legitimate company.

Ordered a gasket 14 days ago, showed it would be delivered within 3 days. Showed my package arrived in arizona, and went directly back to California for some reason. Their nonexistant customer service was no help. Just kept offering me a return when I only asked what’s going on with my order.id give them less stars if I could. Mickey Mouse operation.

The parts came reasonably quickly and they were the precise parts I needed.

I order 2 sensors. They sent 1 sensors with an open box us mail. I sent them every proof. They emailed me stating they working on it. I did the Chat. They said we will get back with explanations. Buyer beware. You have no one to talk to. Never buy more than 1 item from the TERRIBLE SITE. They took my 137.00. They are CROOKS. BE CAREFUL.
