Believe the poor reviews on here. We need to simply exchange the size of a costume to one size larger. They keep asking for measurements and pictures. So I send the pictures to them and they continue to ask the same dumb question. They obviously do not want to exchange!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company. I purchased a “family of Barbie dolls” and what I received were very cheap looking imitations costing a fortune. When I queried this with the company all they said was this is what I ordered.
Do yourselves a favour and avoid this company.

If I would give them 0 stars I would. This is a misleading and deceptive company promoting brand names yet supplies cheap imitations from China. My wife purchased a product listed as 'Paw Patrol' (which has now been removed) from their site for our daughters birthday yet a imitation brand 'dog breakdown gang' was supplied. The packaging damaged and cheap, with the product just as cheap. When I raised this with KidzCountry (giving them multiple opportunities to provide a refund) I was told by Albert from Kidzcountry that 'the purchase should be based on the product description and photos rather than the name alone' which is borderline moronic. Another colleague (Jessica) admitted that they had to fix the description in the system (admitting it was a misleading promotion) and told I could return the product to their China warehouse (even though they are 'based' in the UK) but at my own cost. I recommend anyone that has had a negative experience with Kidzcountry make an official complaint to the relevant consumer protection bodies in your local / regional areas.

Horrible, horrible company! I ordered a Paw Patrol pup pad from them and when I received the item it spoke only in Chinese! I was asked to send pictures and video to prove this and so I complied. I was then told that they could not do anything about it since the language was built into the item and they refuse to refund me my money. I absolutely would not have purchased an item, knowingly, that was in a language we don't speak or understand! Their customer service dept has completely stopped responding and so we are out $50 plus! Disgusting and horrible company!!!

I ordered a Demin Mickey Mouse jacket for a toddler. The blurb that Mickey is saying is in a language i don't know. Tried to get address for refund, they wanted a picture of the problem. Sent that to them, they replied that they don't see a problem and offered me 10% off my next order. I told them no tht I want the address for a return and a full refund. Still waiting for an answer.

Took my money and vanished!

Received order but items not boxed, packages open & loose items . Not even sure if all the parts are in the bag . Would have to start building it to see .
I want a refund but seem unable to get address & details to do so . Wish I’d never bought from them . Avoid this company

Stay well away!!! I paid £68 for stitch trainers for my daughter and wouldn’t pay £5 for what I received!! The transfer of stitch I could have done a better job myself and the trainers are extremely poor quality. The only thing worse was having to explain myself about 50 times to try and get a refund as they claimed they couldn’t see the damage in photos sent that was obvious! Absolute joke of a company and again would avoid like the plague.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered 18cm diameter foam balls and the ones I received were 21cm diameter and therefore unusable for me. This doesnt sound much but when applied to a ball is a big difference! I contacted Kidz Company in good faith, with images that proved the disrepancy, and asked for a refund. Several emails and photos later, Albert has assessed the images and decided that the balls actually measure 17cm, and is refusing me a refund on the grounds that this is an acceptable variation. Absolutely no acceptance of error or intention to honour consumer rights.

I ordered a sensory swing. It says that it holds up to 90KG. When the product arrived it was a stretchy piece of fabric that was unfinished - literally cut from a roll of fabric worth pennies. The support mechanism was a carabiner that is terrible quality and therefore dangerous. It's a drop shipping scam from who knows where but it does not meet minimum safety standards.

Another disgruntled customer with waiting for a product now for over 5 weeks when it was stipulated delivery 1-2 weeks. Like the other reviews just keep putting you off... should of smelt a rat when first order wasn't followed up as couldnt supply what I originally ordered.

Steer clear of this company. They are misleading and overpriced for poor quality items. I wish I read the reviews before buying anything from this company!

They sell cheap counterfeit, shipping is careless (unacceptable) and their customer service is a joke. They string you along, they tell you your wrong and in the end just take your money.

Product descriptions are misleading, not genuine and after you’re left holding the bag, they basically tell you; Tough luck, you fell for it!”

I have purchased two dolls from Kidzcountry, Anna and Elsa for my daughter’s birthday. Anna doll turned out pretty, but Elsa looked awful and defective. When i reached out to Kidzcountry customer support, and sent them photos of the doll i was asked to ship it back, which i did. It has been 2 weeks since they received the doll back but they never shipped back a replacement. Every time i reach out to support I get an email saying that they are either inspecting the doll, or they created a new order number - but the replacement still has not been shipped. Their customer support is unacceptable along with product quality. They ruined the surprise for my daughter’s birthday, and now i am out of time to find something else.
I do NOT recommend purchasing from this place. No product, no replacement and no refund. What a SCAM!

I would not recommend this company to anybody. I dont even want to give them 1 star. I purchased a Maleficent dress for over £100 which when it arrived looked cheap and nasty and was way too short. I explained I needed to return it which did not go down well. I had to threaten them with trading standards, they then agreed I could return it within 3 days and I would get £80 back! This was back in March and I still have not received my £80. I will be seeking legal advise on principal and will never use them again. i would suggest you do not use them either.

If I could give them zero stars I would! You might order it from a uk based entity but the item, at least the one I ordered, actually came from China and took ages to get here. This is not made clear. And the item I bought was not at all impressive and I could have bought a better version with next day delivery from Amazon for less than half the price and no shipping cost! I feel as if I’ve been conned. Do not buy from this company.

Drop shipping company. Stock comes from China. No option to return.
Basically overpaid for an unsuitable item. Tried to send it back and never got past China customs despite it only being a piece of material. I'm usually very vigilant and check trust pilot before buying from an unknown company but I regret I failed to do so on this occasion and now out of pocket by £60.
