I made raw food for my cats for many years, but I decided to take a chance on ordering a readymade minced meat mix, to save time. I have three cats, so it’s a big expenditure. After over a year of Kiezebrink, with mixed success, I’ve had to give up. My cats simply won’t touch most of it. Oddly even ones they liked in the past they won’t eat now. I bought two “complete” mixes, the Multi Mix and the Poultry, and my cats reeled away when they sniffed them. I sniffed it all myself and, there’s no kind way to say it, the food smelled fecal. I wrote Kiezebrink, and all they could say is they follow strict controls. I spent £70 on a month of cat food, which is now useless. The one meat the cats will always eat is the pheasant, but rabbit surprisingly turns them off, even though they happily ate rabbit when I used to prepare it, and likewise pigeon, hare, and duck fail to rate more than a nibble. They like the smell and taste of the Kiezebrink raw diet supplement powder, but even that won’t overcome their aversion. I’ve wasted enough money and am sadly going back to making the food from scratch. Deliveries were always perfect and the food arrived frozen solid, so at least that part worked.

Was easy to order. But dpd had trouble. But got delivered frozen the next day . So all good . They kept me up-dated when it will be delivered
