Kiln Crafts Opiniões

Great product very well made

Can't recommend this company highly enough. The most outstanding customer service. The team genuinely seem to care - they are friendly, reliable and always a phone call away if you need them. They were able to answer all my queries and also were able to help me out with absolutely 0 fuss when I made a mistake on a high value order.

Buying a kiln is a big, expensive decision and with Kiln Crafts it was entirely stress-free. I'm absolutely delighted with the service I received from this business. And the kiln is beautiful!

Thank you Kiln Crafts!

Kiln Crafts is probably the best company I have dealt with in many years. The team go over and above to help customers, and ensure that they are listened to, heard and supported. Nothing is too much trouble, and they demonstrate a Gold Standard in customer care. If only all companies worked like this!

Fabulous apron, which arrived promptly

Great Comms, fast delivery. Superb product. Whole purchase was faultless

Comms we're excellent and delivered quicker than they said.

Apron is great, good pockets, covers well and I love the pink. I've already got the teal one which I got when I bought my daisy wheel. As usual efficient delivery and great service

Great service as usual from Kilncrafts. Prompt delivery and helpful advice.

The whole process of buying my kiln was easy from start to finish. Olivia was on the end of 5he phone if I needed any help, she is amazing. Only little hiccup was from the carrier but that was outside Olivia’s control but she still went above and beyond to get it sorted. Thank you x

Lovely product beautifully packaged and arrived promptly. Excellent service all round!

I had a very positive experience with Kiln Crafts. From placing my order to receiving my Nabertherm kiln, everything was handled professionally. I am very happy with my purchase and really appreciate the helpful communication throughout the process. I would happily recommend Kilncrafts to other ceramic artists. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service, kept informed all along the way. Friendly and good advice regarding which kiln would suit me best and great after sales service. Would highly recommend.

Kiln crafts were easy to contact and communicate with following my order. The items were delivered in good condition and I was able to track the deliveries. I ordered a pottery wheel and a kiln and I’m happy with both so far.

Super quick delivery of my wheel shelf accessory. Easy to purchase and I know if I needed to speak to anyone that I’d hear back quickly. On this occasion, didn’t need further assistance as everything was very clear.

Very good customer care and communication

I think this company is just great, I’ve had amazing customer service, very personal service (it matters when people use your name and check up that you are happy and this company do that), quick responses to a query, quick delivery, very reasonable prices - overall what are you waiting for!

Kilncrafts couldn't have been more helpful. The Daisy wheel is excellent for the price. It is extremely quiet, neatly fits into my studio and is exactly as described. The wash pan is easy to clean and the batt system is great for smaller pieces. The wheel arrived on time and is very easy to put together.

Excellent people to buy from. I ordered my new wheel and had a phone call arranging delivery plus excellent follow up care. Would highly recommend.

Really great customer service - especially after care provided by Olivia who couldn't have been more helpful. Also great support and loved being able to talk to real people before buying for guidance and thoughts on best options. Products arrive when the should and have been great. Would thoroughly recommend :-)
