Super fast delivery and great service thanks

Delivery of my lovely new potters wheel was made so much easier by Olivia communicating my mobility needs to the delivery company, the delivery and set up was seamless, and I am loving creating on my Daisy wheel

This kiln company been great with delivery to N Ireland due to many sellers not interested doing so. They got that sorted not that long.Great communications!

The daisy is a brilliant, steady, powerful wheel enabling me to throw a full variety of shapes and sizes.. thanks !

Very quick delivery and emails to let me know what was happening. Everything arrived in 3 days. Super easy to set it up, so I was able to get straight throwing again. Perfect.

Delivery on the spot, driver helped me around the garden to where it could be unpacked (as a surprise gift to my wife). Everything top notch. Can't wait to get going with the wheel. Cheers.

Great service, helpful advice, best price and quick follow up and delivery.

Great service quality equipment

Very quick delivery and good communication.
Love my wheel, it's quiet and very sturdy - very happy.

I love my new Daisy Pottery Wheel! It is so easy to move around and very quiet but very substantial and a joy to use! Fits perfectly in my small studio. The service was brilliant - delivery just 3 days from when I placed the order online. Thank you Shannon and Matt!

A very good quality product delivered speedily. The note from the owners was a nice touch.

Great quality, delivery quick and as expected, can recommend

As a retailer, it is important to have an excellent company to work with. Kilncrafts do that and excel in providing this. Delivery is quick, the wheel is amazing, to the point we have bought one to have in our own studio for customers to use before they buy. There is literally nothing negative to say!!! (I am not being paid to say this, this is an honest review)

Bought my Daisy wheel from Kiln Crafts. I had a query before buying and it was answered very quickly. Love my wheel and even better I was able to spread the payments over three months.
Speedy and accurate delivery with updates.

The wheel is brilliant and so quiet. The quality of all the other products that came with the wheel is also excellent. There was great communication from the team throughout and it even came with a handwritten note from the owners - very nice touch. Thank you

I've been loving wearing my green Kilncrafts apron pretty much every day since I got it and needed another for when it's in the wash...got the red one now and am loving it even more! As well as the shape and construction being comfortable and practical, the colour is a beautiful rust red and the linen feels so good!

Excellent customer service! Ordered my wheel on Saturday - arrived on Tuesday! Any queries responded to by return!

Fast and efficient delivery. Only criticism was not receiving a promised text alert in respect of the delivery's arrival. Thankfully, I happened to be in and, with many thanks to the kind delivery driver, I managed to have my delivery moved to a secure place.

I love the Daisy Wheel! Fast delivery which I was kept informed about all the way. Easy to put together and quiet to run. One thing which I was very pleasantly surprised about was that I haven't had any splatters escape from the splash pan so far. On other wheels I've tried this hasn't been the case. I'm sure that it is going to really help my throwing, especially as the batt system means I can get my pots off the wheel easily without distorting them. The tools, especially the Movers and Shapers ribs are great and the design and quality of the free apron is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with it.

Great service, felt very personal from placing to receiving my order. Prompt delivery by lovely delivery man.
I ordered immediately prior to Black Friday deal being introduced and contacted them and without asking for anything Matt offered to send me the additional items as a goodwill gesture and advised me to wait for the deals next time.
I will definitely shop with them again and hope my next purchase will be a kiln.
