Kiln Crafts Opiniões

Fast, fabulous and friendly service, happily shop with these guys again

The team were great at keeping me up to date with my order, and some unexpected goodies were added to my order. They weren’t joking when they said “everything you need to start throwing straight away!!” The starter bundle was perfect and the wheel is great (sturdy, well made, quiet) - I feel like a pro!

Great communication throughout the delivery process (and afterwards in passing some feedback I had for Nabertherm on to them)

Excellent communication throughout. Great wheel and generous extras - especially love my new apron. The tools are good quality too. Looking forward to many years of use from my new daisy wheel.

Great service. Communication was excellent right from the beginning. The deliver was smooth and the equipment easy to set up. We were throwing in no time at all.

Great communication, services and delivery. The wheel gleams, a vision of beauty. Its sturdy construction feels solid, and it spins with a whisper-quiet sound. The Daisy pottery wheel arrived complete with a batt system and a set of high-quality tools, making it a fantastic home system for both beginners and advanced potters. Whether you're just starting out or refining your craft, this wheel offers reliability, ease of use, and professional results from the comfort of your own studio. I'm recommending it to everyone in my thursday night pottery class!

Excellent customer service and quick delivery. I love my new daisy wheel and as a beginner all the extras that were included were great to get me started. The wheel is super quiet, I can’t wait to start throwing.

Amazing company to deal with. I ordered the potters wheel , received a call to ask if delivery would be ok in a couple of days . It arrived on time and the delivery men carried it into the house for me
It was easy to set up so now I have to practice , practice , practice !

Kilncrafts provide excellent products at a good price, the people at Kilncrafts are very knowledgeable and friendly...service is very good.

Rapid delivery. Good quality product, which will hopefully stop me being covered in Clay!

Excellent communication throughout the ordering process. Chat is with a real human and immediate email follow up.

Great apron and dealing with the delivery issue that had nothing to do with Kiln Craft was just fantastic service. Thank you!

Purchased an IKON 61L Kiln. Very happy with the Kiln and the service from Kilncrafts. Item was delivered on time and was really well packed, so protected from any damage.

Really quick and easy ordering with exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Just received my first wheel from Kilncraft. Customer service and communication excellent. Great price for starter package. Can't wait to try it out.

Lovely looking wheel that was simple to set up out of the box.

Super quiet, you could throw next to a sleeping baby/dog/partner. As powerful as expected.

I bought the Daisy package. The stool is sturdy and holds my large frame easily. So far the wooden batts have been great.

The tools are also good quality, but careful where you leave them to dry as the red dye will bleed from the wooden tools.

Great communication before purchase with Shannon and aftercare with Olivia. Overall I am very happy and will recommend.

The purchase from Kiln Crafts went smoothly, and I was impressed by Olivia’s customer service. I was not however pleased with the courier, who delivered to a different house and did not put a note through my door. I had to phone them.

A great service from start to finish. Friendly and personable from the 1st enquiry on the website on a Sunday evening. Wheels were delivered as soon as we were ready for them. It took us a little while to get them unwrapped due to having to wait for the electrician to do his thing but the wheels are now looking great in their new home at our community pottery studio in West Sussex. Can't wait to get potting on them!!
Love from Daisy Lake Pottery.

Purchased as a gift to a pottery beginner and she loves it! Packaged lovely
