Kiln Crafts Opiniões

Really great customer service - especially after care provided by Olivia who couldn't have been more helpful. Also great support and loved being able to talk to real people before buying for guidance and thoughts on best options. Products arrive when the should and have been great. Would thoroughly recommend :-)

Excellent customer service throughout the buying process. When I ordered the kiln I was given practical advice on which Kiln to choose and Olivia kept me updated on its progress and what to expect whilst I waited for it to be built. 5 stars for kilncraft.

Well made apron, good customer service thank you

Ordered a daisy wheel. Great quality, I love it. Fast delivery, everything is great, thank you.

Love my new wheel. Ordering was easy and delivery was swift. The bat system is so much better than I expected. I’m delighted.

Informative website.
I've been having group pottery classes for four months and am hooked.
I decided that it would be beneficial to have a wheel at home so that I could practice between lessons - although good, lessons are an expensive way of practicing!
I asked my tutor for advice and she suggested that if possible I should push my finances to get a decent quality wheel. She suggested that such a wheel would likely be around £1000-1500, but that it would be much more use to me than the numerous wheels available online for under £500
The daisy wheel set more than fits the bill and has exceeded my expectations in terms of weight and quality. I haven't tried yet, but I think that I would be comfortable throwing at least 2kg clay (my limit is currently 1kg due to inexperience).
The added extras are a lovely touch - all the tools you need.
I have no hesitation in recommending Kilncraft and their daisy wheel to all potters, although I imagine very advanced potters might go for something bigger.

I purchased daisy wheel from Kilncrafts and cannot recommend them enough. Love my new wheel and Kilncrafts made the purchase really great experience, very helpful with arranging delivery to suit my schedule. Thank you!

Very quick from order to arrival of wheel. Wheel was well packaged and we had a helpful delivery driver. We had a couple of minor queries which were answered really quickly and clear answers too. Everyone was really helpful

Delivered when I asked it to be, with regular updates from the courier. I can't wait until it cools down a bit to try it out!! It looks good and practically new, as described. Thanks

They were honest confident kind and considerate. Keeping me informed of the progress of my order and great with the followup.

Great product and great service. Thankyou!

Kept me up to date. Delivered as promised - driver couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent experience using Kilncrafts, my questions were answered swiftly and they kept me updated all the way through buying my first kiln. Definitely 5 star service, would highly recommend using!

Gift for my brother and he loves it. Many thanks

Well priced wheel easy to purchase, slight delay on delivery as they didn’t notice I was on the Isle of Wight so took a bit longer, but worth the wait. Easy to set up and fits lovely in my art space !!
Customer service was really good and Olivia helped when I couldn’t track my package and I feel like i could contact them again if I needed help or advice about my wheel x

The kiln took a few weeks to arrive due to coming from Germany (Nabertherm 45L), The packaging was superb. I was informed on it being dispatched and arriving in the country and the day it was to arrive. Olivia was particularly helpful, when I emailed queries. Hubby says im like a kid with a new toy.😀

Great experience when I called to place an order, friendly and professional. The delivery was very straight forward and the delivery driver was cheerful and professional. All in all an excellent experience.

Quickest delivery ever! Can't wait to get started on my new wheel. Great tools added thank you! Great customer service. 😃

Exceptional service from beginning to end and even a follow up after delivery to check everything was OK. The jewellers bench exceeded expectations. Beautifully made and engineered from solid timber. Will last a lifetime. Very happy customer.
