Kiln Crafts Opiniões

The purchase from Kiln Crafts went smoothly, and I was impressed by Olivia’s customer service. I was not however pleased with the courier, who delivered to a different house and did not put a note through my door. I had to phone them.

A great service from start to finish. Friendly and personable from the 1st enquiry on the website on a Sunday evening. Wheels were delivered as soon as we were ready for them. It took us a little while to get them unwrapped due to having to wait for the electrician to do his thing but the wheels are now looking great in their new home at our community pottery studio in West Sussex. Can't wait to get potting on them!!
Love from Daisy Lake Pottery.

Purchased as a gift to a pottery beginner and she loves it! Packaged lovely

Rapid call to confirm delivery location and prompt delivery; all very slick and uncomplicated.

Great correspondence sand quick to answer

Lovely bench, good price, delivery was pretty quick. Olivia was really helpful, following up on order and making sure it was all ok. Very pleased!

Beautifully made and packaged with note of thanks.

Excellent bundle with a really great wheel, tools and stool. It was delivered so quickly and would easily compete with some more expensive kit. Very quick delivery too. Highly recommended.

Can't fault. Was very speedy delivery. Thank you

Great daisy wheel.

I love my new Ikon V46. Very easy to use. Ordering was simple and they didn’t mind chasing the delivery simply because I was too excited.

Great communication and prompt delivery of my little Falcon kiln, which I am loving.

Fantastic, faultless and friendly customer service right from my enquiry, purchase, delivery and after sales care. All my kiln questions were quickly, carefully and accurately answered helping me decide which option to choose. I was kept informed about my purchase so everything went smoothly. I happily recommend Kilncrafts and will use them again. Thank you very much!

I purchased the V46 as my first kiln and relatively new to pottery. It has been brilliant. So easy to use, plug it in and follow the instructions. I did get stuck on something and emailed Kilncrafts and they assisted straight away. Really positive experience, thank you!

Clear communication. Guide for installation and use sent via email was very well received. The Daisy pottery wheel is fabulous, very quiet and robust. Easy to use, great batt system and lovely free tools, and it was very well packagedand delivered. I'm very very pleased 😀

I would definitely recommend Kiln Crafts. Their service was friendly, helpful and professional.

I would definitely recommend both Kilncrafts and the V46 kiln they supplied. Kilncrafts price was competitive and they kept me informed right up to the date of delivery. The kiln is easy to use, with a wide range of pre-programmed options for a novice like me.
