Your order was placed on Friday and dispatched the same day not he saver delivery you selected - this is a Royal Mail service and we would expect you to receive your order by mid week.

That seems strange, our customer service team has swapped emails with you prior to you leaving this review?
The products you purchased were clearly marked as short dated in the product title and again on the product detail page, as well as a description of the condition of the packaging. To reflect this the products were heavily discounted.
I'm sorry if there was confusion around the purchase but we believe we made it as clear as possible.

JAW grips Leather Separates
I ordered 3 pairs of JAW Leather Separates, which were on promotion and at a great discount. The shipping took almost 9 days to Germany, I finally received them a few days ago.

Another perfect Kitbox transaction
Kitbox was one of the few retailers that had the product I was looking for and, as always, I was able to find a working discount code that gave me another 15% off the already discounted price. Together with free shipping, it was an easy decision to make.
What was even better was that I made my order after the 2pm threshold for same day dispatch and I still got my item the following day.
Every transaction with Kitbox has been perfect. I cannot recommend them enough!!
