The photos are far too expensive. I don't want a family pack with 10 copies of the same photo, I would like one copy of each of the photos but this isn't an option.

Happy with the company
Happy with the company. Has a little issue with the delivery of the photo , for the first time. That was due to Royal Mail and not Kittle, as it looks like Royal mail lost the envelope. Hayley kindly and quickly solved the problem, reordering the photo to my address at the first ask. I did not have to send emails over emails or call multiple numbers, she solved the issue straight away.

A helping hand
It had been some time since my photograph had been taken but Kittle found it and got back to me within 24 hours. They talked me through the process of ordering and they had a wide range of package options to choose from. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Difficulty downloading image
I was having difficulty downloading my daughter’s first school photo which would normally be a simple task! After several emails and lots of patience from a customer service advisor we got there in the end! Thank you CJ Rajack, I am grateful for your help and support 👍.

Rubbish website, so expensive
Terrible website , I would like order a photo , that is not simple as I have two photo ID for two sons , they want me to login with password which I never set, could not reset password it si asking secret question about pet which I never chose. So expensive photo (digital download 21pounds) still rubbish website. Now it is obvious I have to wrtite their stupid customer service and waste my time to order 21 pounds digital download.

Good service
Really pleasant to deal with as I made a manual order for digital prints rather than CD.
Emily was really helpful, the ordering process (viewing images etc) was easy and the speed of receiving my photos was good.
The photos are expensive (hence not being 5 stars), but I'm yet to experience a photography service that isn't.
The plain white background is a little cold and could be changed, but ultimately it doesn't take away from the focus on your child.

We pride ourselves on offering a range of different sizes and prices. Our FAMILY PACK includes the largest 10x7 print along with multiple smaller sizes for only £10.95 and is located within the 'FAMILY PACK/FRAMED PRINTED CANVAS' tab on the website for parents to view and order. Our Digital download is a fixed price of £21.25 as this provides parents with the full rights and full access to the high resolution image to do with as you please. If there are specific sizes that you require, please call our customer service team on 01245 401313 and we will be able to discuss the different options available.

I'll be encouraging my school to find a new supplier
My child's school has used Kittle for the past two years' photos. And I have not bothered with either.
A plain white backdrop making it look like a passport photo, and you only take the one picture. No choice. No quality control. Nobody even thought to tell my child to fix their messy hair. £21.25 for this?!?! no thanks.
I'm a professional photographer myself. I don't do school photographs, but I would never deliver images like these.

we take time to discuss the backdrop options with the school when booking with us and this is something that they choose. The number of photographs taken per child also depends on different factors such as, the time in which the photographer has to ensure photographs are taken of the entirety of the school and how many times that the school would like taken per child for their school systems.
