The photos are far too expensive. I don't want a family pack with 10 copies of the same photo, I would like one copy of each of the photos but this isn't an option.

In regards to school photos, 1 digital photo being £21.25 is extortion plain and simple. They know you either buy it or go without so are taking advantage!

With regards to our pricing, we pride ourselves on offering a range of different sizes and prices. Our FAMILY PACK includes the largest 10x7 print along with multiple smaller sizes for only £10.95 and is located within the 'FAMILY PACK/FRAMED PRINTED CANVAS' tab on the website for parents to view and order. Our Digital download is a fixed price of £21.25 as this provides parents with the full rights and full access to the high resolution image to do with as you please. If there are specific sizes that you require, please call our customer service team on 01245 401313 and we will be able to discuss the different options available.
We wanted some extra black glass photo…
We wanted some extra black glass photo frames to match school photos taken by Kittle. Could find them anywhere on the Web, so tried an email to them. They understood what we wanted and was able to order more frames with them. Great service thanks.

Order not send after 2 weks
They told me is free to send it to the school now I have to wait till the whole school order so god know how long as now been waiting two week after email tem they still give me no date to say when? rubbish service

Good evening, thank you for your feedback. The free school delivery window is open for 21 days from the day of the photography session and it is not until this date has been reached that we are able print and dispatch the orders in bulk to the school. it is my apologises if you were not aware of this. Please be re-assured we do offer home delivery if you would like to receive the order more quickly, however this is chargeable.
5 star would recommend
I only ever print the best pics of my boy but the quality of these is so gorgeous.
I bought the pack deal and they’ve turned out to be really good value too.

Beautiful school photo
Beautiful school photo for the second year on the go, prices are fair and lots of options to chose from. The digital download took less than 1 minute after payment to be avaliable, photo of very high quality, very happy.

I had an issue with my order that was…
I had an issue with my order that was meant to be directly delivered to the school, the school or the post lost them, Hayley took my first call and was more than helpful, i then called again today after checking with the school again and she was Amazing she re issued my ordered with no issue. Brilliant customer service and a very professional phone manner.

I would give 0 if I could
I would give 0 if I could. The quality is extremely poor. White background is terrible and digital quality is terrible. I paid for photo mount which is white and awful as it totally clashes with the white background. The mount has the company logo on the bottom right hand corner which is an additional disappointment.
This has been a total waste of money.

Thank you for your feedback, this is always extremely important to us. To be as transparent as possible, we always ensure to add photographs online to show colour, style and logo placement.
RUBBISH
Little took a photo of one option on a white backdrop when many numerous cheap backdrops are readily available, if not there are many free apps online that can be used to fill in a white background. My school photos all looked beautiful when things were non digital with a lovely background.
They could have considered using a school backdrop instead of using a cheap white but clearly it’s not their kids.
They also wanted us to pay extra for the cardboard mount for a poorly taken photo. Kittle need to understand how important these photos are to parents rather than just a profitable business to them.
Star lane primary school should also be ashamed hiring these photographers just to save themselves a penny or two.

we take time to discuss the backdrop options with the school when booking with us and this is something that they choose. The number of photographs taken per child also depends on numerous factors such as, the time in which the photographer has to ensure photographs are taken of the entirety of the school and how many times that the school would like taken per child for their school systems.
With regards to the mounts, please be aware that we offer our individual packages A-G with and without the mounts to give parents the option of ordering the photographs as prints only if they would prefer. If you are having difficultly in locating this option online please contact our customer service team and we will be able to assist you.

I accidentally put the wrong email in so rung up and they helped me straight away and got it sorted to the right email! Shortly after speaking with them I received my beautiful picture 😊

My daughter had her school photo taken…
My daughter had her school photo taken by Kittle Photographic. The one photo they took is of her mouth half open with a furrowed brow, as if they just snapped away without even telling her to smile. They also didn't include the class photo by accident, and even the url on the flyer for ordering photos was incorrect.

School photos
I ordered school photo but didn't get any confirmation. So sent an email and they sorted it out in minutes for me. They were very helpful polite and friendly. The photos are really good quality. I would highly recommend.

Our photographers are not able to come into contact with the children to amend uniforms, however, we will certainly pass this feedback onto the photographers and they can ensure that the children and school are aware to ensure the children are ready for their photographs whilst lining up.
Please do contact us at info@kittlephoto.com with your Photo ID as we offer our editing services and we can enquire to see if there are any edits we can make to the uniform for you.
