The jungle blanket is an excellent product which provides a warm environment for anyone wrapped in it. Easily stored in it own stuff sack, I found that everyone wanted to know where it was brought from

I hastily bought a Snugpak Ionosphere, in hindsight, long before I really needed to. It had been out of stock though, everywhere in the UK, for quite a long time.
Ordering was straightforward and I was kept informed thereafter of processing and despatch via Parcelforce (trackable) with the tent arriving promptly thereafter again.
Much to my chagrin and horror, the very next day however, another retailer mailed me an offer for the same product with a notable discount.
Kitwizard.co.uk have a returns policy allowing return "if for any reason whatsoever" and an evident aspiration in their documentation of providing a 5 star service so I reached out to them showing the offer hoping they would price-match; if ye don't ask ye don't get eh! True to their word, I can attest they do indeed provide an excellent 5 star service and evidently care for custom from first-time customers as much as they probably do with long-standing ones also. A partial refund has since been arranged to my payment card.
