Before my granddaughter’s birth I set up a Panda Crate subscription for her. My sister gifted crates to my other grandchildren and I continued those for a couple of years. We have really enjoyed the crates over several years. The Panda Crates have been wonderful. Zora’s parents have really enjoyed playing with her and the unique toys. Unfortunately the last two crates have not been sent until I contacted the company. This disrupts the idea of them being age appropriate. I am disappointed.

We have been with kiwico for years, my kids are waiting for this, lots and lots of hours of fun, learning. Its our quslity time together. There is allways something new, never repeats it self, and everytime i had a logestic problem, costumer support was simply amazing. Thank you kiwico

The quality is about what I expected but you have to be realistic about the build experience. Our grandchild was able to put it together but did need some guidance. It’s not a thing a kid can do on their own. Some if it is physical dexterity and some is problem solving. Bottom line, if you’re looting for plug and play then don’t go with the stem kits. But if you want your child to learn perseverance and problem solving and you have an engineer in the family then go for it.

I heard great things about KiwiCo from my daughter for a long time, so for my grandson's birthday I finally ordered a crate. Probably my fault that the delivery address is not correct. Somehow got part of my grandsons address and half of mine combined making the package undeliverable. I've tried every way I can to contact some one to correct the address, but can only reach an unhelpful bot at Kiwico that gives no useful information on how to correct this. No humans work there for customer service as near as I can tell. I have found no avenue in trying to move this issue forward. Yes, I was given a tracking number and have had no luck going through the shipping company either. As near as I can tell, there is no way to correct the situation and my grandson's birthday present will likely sit in some shipping center forever. I would've accepted some of the responsibility for what is probably my own error, but there seems to be no one on the KiwiCo side to accept any responsibility to help me constructively address the problem. I'm so frustrated at this point, I don't see myself ever gifting out of KiwiCo in the future since I know there is no way to correct a problem. Today is my grandson's birthday.

From the word go it's been a nightmare! First box gets delivered and it doesn't work. I request a replacement piece that never arrives because it was sent to an address in a different country to mine! The second replacement is sent, arrives and the bot still doesn't work so I ask for a different piece to be sent. kiwi co were good and sent it, whilst giving some credit to spend. The item purchased with this credit broke in one day! I realised today the replacement part had not yet been delivered and after checking the tracking I am surprised to see it thinks I've received it! I look online to see my package being pushed through a door that isn't mine!! I have immediately cancelled the box. The child buying this has a SEN need and uses his disability money to pay for the box. He is disappointed he is giving it up but realises it really is NOT worth it!

I wish there was a zero star rating. It would be a little bit more honest and a lot more honest than the agents who work at Kiwi. These people have no soul as they steal your money. Stay very far away from this company. If you’re getting close, run the other way. They are scam artists and liars. Throw your money into the fireplace before giving it to them. You’ll get a better return on it. Their lies cost me over $1500 in two days. If you like losing money and being lied to, call them today.
