Big KiwiCo Fans!

Our family has been Kiwi Co. builders for many years, and the service only gets better overtime. I’ve never once felt like I can’t contact customer service for help and they are always quick and accommodating.

Your customer care representatives are quick and responsive

Your customer care representatives are very responsive. I gift the Panda Crate subscription to my grandson. My daughter-in-law reached out regarding the duplicate shipment after I extended his subscription. Your team quickly offered a credit, however they credited her account and not mine (the account that pays for the subscription). Once I pointed this out, it was corrected immediately. I truly appreciate this response. I would like to point out, however, that this problem of duplicate shipments seems to happen every time I accept one of your offers to extend my gift subscription at a special rate. Either I am always doing something wrong, or there is a problem in the way gift subscriptions are extended on your end. Since I now have 2 gift subscriptions for both of my grandsons, and have no plans to stop extending those subscriptions, I would like to know how to stop this problem before it happens next time.

My grandson

My grandson, who is now 13, really enjoys these kits.
Next year, we can upgrade to a higher level of difficulty: ages 13-18.

Very knowledgeable

I was impressed with the speed of the reply. I also liked that I didn't have to take any pictures or clarify further. The problem was understood and resolved immediately.

Unknown subscription

I did not realize I signed up for a subscription. I was automatically charged and logged in to see what happened. When I went to "My Orders" there was nothing listed (and I had a product sitting right in front of me). Initially it alarmed me and I thought I had been scammed by a third party of some sort. I emailed KiwiCo and Vic responded promptly and resolved my issue. Vic was kind, courteous, and effective, and explained where I could locate my order which was under subscriptions. Vic also refunded me and canceled my subscription. This encounter goes a long way in helping me decide to come back to this company in the future.

Great customer service

Kiwi Co sends excellent activities monthly. The boxes are always full equipped and the instructions are well thought out. Recently we had a part break while we were building (three year old was helping build and he probably was too rough). I reached out to Kiwi Co to ask if it was possible to buy a replacement. They were quick to reply, solved free issue, and did it free of charge.

KiwiCo's proactive approach helps make a great experience

KiwiCo's proactive approach helps make sure that the person receiving the crates has an opportunity to provide feedback on the quality and content of the crates. They reached out to us to advise that Hayden might wish to move to another level, as he had completed all the crates in the level he was in. I know he loves the crates and they teach him a lot about how things work and how to be creative.

Great customer service

The customer service representative understood my issue perfectly and I was offered an easy solution. I am a long time customer and have dealt a few times with Kiwico’s customer service, not just about mostakes in our deliveries but also pausing subscriptions, changing address, and finding items we had received and lost. They are always most helpful and one of the reason I am a loyal customer

Great customer service!

I didn’t receive one of my crates. I reached out to customer support and had Luis reach out within a day informing me that they’re working on a replacement. I didn’t have to put up a fight or go into detail why I didn’t receive my crates for my daughter. Really appreciate being taken care of as a customer!

The agent went above and beyond after I provided more context on why my crate was returned to Kiwi, it wasnt because of wrong address but more a USPS issue. They reactivated my subscription and even decided to re-send the crate from months ago that got lost. Thank you so much

Change of crate frequency

I was hoping to change my crate delivery frequency from every month to every other month.

My request was understood and fulfilled very quickly. The customer service was extremely friendly and helpful.
