I was a small time distributer in a town just outside Cork City, here in Ireland. I made a very small profit of about €30 - €40 that in no way was worth it for all the distribution of products and deliveries that I made on foot I might add!
I remember when I rang them to resign from the whole thing I could hear them all laughing down the phone at me. It's an obvious scam. I remember their brochure made out that one could earn up to a million per month or maybe per year, I can't remember exactly. I went to a couple of their conferences and those other members at them, seemed rather brain-washed. This was long time ago however, 2008 to be exactly. It was a learning experience for me at least.

I contacted Kleenex customer service directly and they have been efficient and resolved my issue of a broken part. Excellent customer service

Had an issue with an item that was close to its 2 year guarantee ending. I didn’t hold much hope but reached out and was greeted with good old fashion no quibble customer service. A replacement product was with me two days later. Amazing customer experience!

I only give 1 star as there is no option for none.
I recently purchased a stick hoover which clearly said if faulty do not return to store but contact us
So after a few emails I was told to return to store as this would be quicker however, they may not exchange.
I explained this was not something I could easily do as relied on my daughter who live away from me.
Now my emails are ignored and I am stuck with a useless item and using a broom.
Very Very Very upset with the product and service. I shall never purchase any item from this company again and would certainly not recommend anyone else to.

Absolutely great experience. Bought a steam mop in 2020 and recently it was giving me problems. Had 2 years cover so contacted Kleeneze via online chat service. Was connected with Alex and he solved my issue nice and smoothly. No problems and no fuss. Steam mop is excellent. Great experience.

Did some Kleeneze work during my first year of university. This is a total pyramid scheme where you only make a tiny share on commission only and the people above you make even more. They encourage you to get people below you so you get higher up the pyramid to make money off your recruits. Please avoid them at all costs.

I worked for Kleeneze as a distributor over one summer when I was 19. Worst job I’ve ever had or ever will have. At first you’re encouraged by the top earners who make commission on everyone they recruit below them. As a new recruit, I spent long hours preparing the catalogue packs, distributing them around the neighbourhood, keeping precise records of houses I’d covered, re-collecting the catalogues, endlessly knocking on doors asking for unused catalogues to be returned, processing and delivering orders, rinse and repeat. All of this for such a tiny amount of pay (17.5% commission on all orders if I remember correctly). Such a poor, inefficient way of doing business. The products are cheap pieces of crap, often they’d arrive late or not at all, most of the time not even in stock. If you’re thinking about working for them- stay away as you’ll be lucky to break even. If you’re thinking about ordering from them- stay away as your expensive products will either arrive late or damaged if at all.

Worked for them for a few months. Had to buy the cataloges at the start for £250. They have big earners encouraging you, but it's a terrible job. Prepare the books to be delivered with inserts etc and put them through letterboxesfor a couple of days. Go back and collevt the books with hopefully orders in them. Prepare all the books to go out again with new inserts and order forms. Send the orders away and deliver them when they arrive. My wife and i walked loads of miles to do this and we worked day and night. If you got a certain amount of orders they rewarded you by sendind you 75 free cataloques so you could earn them more. My average weeks take was £45. Avoid this scam at all costs

I can as a Kleeneze Distributor (although now redundant Distributor) that all the previous comments on the company and it's service are true. Never anything in stock, so I would have to go to customers with a grovelling apology. I was ashamed most of the time because of the ridiculous time they had to wait for items. As well as them waiting, if the stuff didn't come, I wouldn't get paid. I'm thousands of pounds out of pocket and in debt, as I had to take out loans to cover their fees. I was made redundant by their going into administration with a day and a half notice.

Unacceptable customer service! I ordered two Christmas Eve Boxes for my children and when they arrived they both had the same child's name on them and the quality...well my 6 year old could have done better! Had holes and dents all over the box. I contacted Kleeneze for a refund which has turned into a complete nightmare.

I was supposed to receive my refund by close of play yesterday but still no funds received 24 hours later, I chased and got told the refund has only gone through today and I will have to wait 4 -5 days for the funds to clear! I asked to speak to a manager and got told I had to wait 24 hours to speak to one! Will not be using this company again.
