A very good service , from order to delivery only took 3 days .the delivery driver was very polite and helpful, so very pleased overall

There seems to be a bit of a communication issue when a customer wants to cancel an order. Before my order had been dispatched I sent an email to cancel it but 24 hours later it was dispatched. The reply to my email advised me that I could reject the delivery but it had already been delivered earlier that day. The returns process was easy but I did have to take it to a returns shop 3 miles out of my way which was a bit inconvenient.

My new Heston Blumenthal scales are superb. So accurate and easy to use. I wish I’d bought them years ago!

Delivery by Yodel was a bit of a nightmare though. Not easy to get in touch with. Also… it would have been easy if the parcel could have been left in a secure location/neighbour etc but it said that wasn’t available for my scales 🙄 Very inconvenient really.

Very efficient - lots of choice and bathroom scales arrived a few days later. Very sturdy and I am sure will last us many years.

The product is made of good quality plastic and does look quite solid.i have only used it for spice and saffron (and not coffee) and it does the job perfectly to grind. However, the only point for which I did not give it full rate, is that the parts cannot be removed to clean and you can only clean it with a cloth, long story short, cleaning is not easy. Otherwise I do recommend it as it has strong, good quality blades.

Replacement trays were easy to find, good price and quick delivery.
