I bought a set of wireless headphones…

I bought a set of wireless headphones in January, and they have lasted for 3 months and then just snapped when I went to take them off. Customer services were initially unhelpful, despite the poor quality of their product meaning it did not last a reasonable amount of time under Consumer Rights Act.

Intemp followed up with a voucher to allow me to purchase a new set of headphones, so I have amended my review.

Great customer support

I received a reply asking for more product details with 24 hours. Following my response I got detailed instructions how to fix the problem.

The fix worked first time, I was surprised how loud the speakers could be for small portable units.

Will never buy intempo again.

Very Disappointing Experience
I purchased multiple Intempo smart light bulbs for my property, and they worked perfectly with the original app. However, the company later switched to a different app for controlling the bulbs, which rendered all of them completely unusable—they now just flash on and off constantly. I contacted customer service, but they were no help at all. They kept repeating the same instructions, which didn’t work, and eventually told me they couldn’t assist any further because the warranty had expired.

Intempo headphones bought from…

Intempo headphones bought from Morrisons over Christmas sale Jan 11th 2025. No reference model on them, just "noise cancelling headphones". £15 from £20. I had set sights on Sony's CH-720 at around £69 in the sales... but these, bought on a whim are quite superb. I'm playing Max Richter 3 worlds from an iphone 7 and honestly - I have to take the phones off to make sure they're not been played through my old school, not connected hifi setup. For £15 quid - just phenomenal.

A keen walker

As a keen walker, ii wanted a budget pair of Bluetooth wireless headphones, as I keep leaving mine behind after ive stopped for a bit of lunch. ( expensive habit 😂 ).
I stopped off at a local hardware store saw the price and decided they would suffice.
I accept the build quality wasn't up to my Bose standard but I didn't want another pair of expensive headphones.
Well collar I was in for a surprise because I love these headphones. After charging up overnight, I wore them for about six or seven hours the next day whilst out coastal walking. They are wonderfully light and the insulation of the headphones is great I've had no problem at all. Bluetooth connectivity was consistent and it didn't keep breaking up which I have had on more expensive headphones. The quality of the sound is more than adequate and the volume is brilliant. I was so impressed by these headphones I actually went out bought another pair. Love them to be and I can't recommend them highly enough

Great Customer Service

Bought a pair of Intempo earbuds and thought I'd give them a go given the very reasonable price. Great sound quality at an excellent price. Had an issue further down the line and after contacting them Molly at Intempo Customer Service was excellent at resolving the issue.

Quick and friendly response, but strange that for a copy of the manual of a DAB+ radio (the only one they ever put on the market), they needed a special modelnumber and more info.
And when I finally found that, they asked for my home adress. Strange as well, while I live in Holland and I needed the manual very quick.
Also, we live in 2022 / a digital world. And now I have to wait for days for a paper manual?

EE5095 headset and Bluetooth connectivity

I was having trouble linking my headset via Bluetooth and had mislaid the instructions (EE5095). The response was prompt, I received a copy of the instruction sheet and am back up and running within 2 days. Very polite, prompt and effective service (considering the problem was with the user not the equipment - for which I wholeheartedly apologise!). Qurat Zahid is commended for the time, effort, and resolution of this issue.
