I have been having so much problem with this Kling AI it is crazy, just here recently I made a payment on 8/14/26 it was taken out automatically and that is the due date, so today 8/16/26 I go to make a video and it went to the screen for me to purchase credit, I said what, so I went to my debit card account to make sure the payment was made and it was, then I went to Kling ai app to make sure that it showed there also and it did. So I am like what is wrong, so I get on chat, which is never no help, and you know they are so scripted and you go round in circles, so I sent an email to support today and they gave me a shocker, they tell me even though my payment was due on 8/14 and they took the payment I will not get the credits till 8/24 cause they are only released every 31 days. So they say that they can take my money and give me credits later, is this insane or what I am looking for another video generator as I am writing this review. They are holding me back from making my videos and that is not cool, I have spent too much money on Kling Ai and I dont see the appreciation.

Just finished up a one-year subscription to Kling AI and will be smashing that UNLIKE button!

When it played nice, it was my favorite creative wingman. When it didn't—which was often—it wasn't.

*Kling is the KING of unpredictable generation failures and expensive burned credits.
*Zero refunds on credits wasted when it ignores your prompts.
*The interface is clunky and confusing.
*It FAILS with text.
*Customer Service? That prompt gets ignored, too.

Quality sucks sometimes, characters and consistency are a problem, and if you want to use the Elements feature to fix consistency then you will be submitting to their ridiculous terms, including giving access to your creations to anyone on Kling. If you don't want that then you have to email them revoking permission but it's never a gurantee that they won't publish your private paid subscription work. So, if you wrote a story and use elements, then good luck because your work can be shared, copied, or downloaded by anyone around the world...

I purchased a £100 credit pack with the expectation that I could use the credits to generate content. After purchase, the credits were unusable for generation.

When I contacted support, they responded with: “During peak periods, we will prioritise ensuring the rights and interests of our subscription members.” They implied this situation was acceptable and that they were effectively reserving generation time for paid members, but really this means VIP membership subscriptions.

In my case the credits I paid for became unusable, and I requested a refund for the unusable credits. They refused and instead suggested I buy a VIP membership subscription to be able to use the service and that they do not refund digital goods, Refund request was put in within an hour of buying the pack.

This felt like I paid for something I couldn’t actually use, and rather than resolving it fairly, I was pushed to pay again. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from KlingAi.

I have used Kling extensively, and I want to make this review fair.

**Billing & transparency: 0/5**
I pay for a subscription, yet getting a proper invoice is apparently not straightforward. For a professional user, this is unacceptable. I also find the billing and company information far less transparent than I would expect from a paid international service.

**Subscription management: 0/5**
The upgrade system is one of the strangest I have encountered. Instead of simply upgrading an existing subscription, I was required to purchase another subscription while the previous one was paused. This is unnecessarily confusing and badly designed.

**Customer support: 0/5**
I contacted support three times with the same question and received no response. A paid service without functioning customer support is a serious problem.

**Lip sync / cartoons: 0/5**
For my use case, cartoon characters cannot be lip-synced reliably. If this is what you need Kling for, be careful before paying for a subscription.

**Standard human photo/video generation: 4/5**
This is where Kling can actually be very good. With clear, conventional images of real people, the software is capable of producing impressive results.

So the technology itself is not the main reason for this rating. The problem is everything surrounding it: billing, subscription management, transparency and customer support.

Kling can be a powerful tool for the right type of image — but before subscribing, know exactly what you need it for and be aware of the limitations and the poor customer service.

They promise a free image trial, It's not possible to use it, they always say the system is very busy...

These people stole money from my card. First, they confirmed via email that my subscription had been cancelled, but then, a couple of days later, they charged my account. Meanwhile, customer support has been silent for a week. I consider this theft and want everyone to know about it.

Août 2026, j'ai l'impression d'utiliser l'IA d'il y a 5 ans. Incompréhensions de prompts, attitudes incompréhensibles, déformations des objets et des êtres... Une catastrophe. KlingAI m'a même réussi à générer, à partir d'une image réaliste de dragon sur pied, une espèce de manga gris en gros plan. Bref, une honte facturée au prix de l'efficacité. Oui le remboursement devrait s'imposer.

This virtual software is pretty pointless. You will use all your credits getting the software to generate a useable begin point and then you’ll need to wait till next month to continue the project...Alternatively, you can upgrade to a more expensive plan..

Worst AI generator I've tried. Burned an hour and a pile of credits for nothing. Details are a mess and every fix costs extra.

Expensive, Inconsistent, and Disappointing Customer Support

I had a very disappointing experience with Kling AI. I uploaded clear reference photos, used Bind Elements, and wrote extremely detailed prompts specifying facial identity, body proportions, clothing consistency, the exact number of characters, and scene actions.

Despite these instructions, Kling repeatedly changed our faces, created two copies of me and my wife, removed one of us from scenes, changed our body sizes, changed clothing in the middle of videos, and generated actions completely different from what I requested. Many results were unusable.

Every failed attempt consumed credits, forcing me to pay repeatedly for the same scene. I contacted support and explained that I was not requesting a financial refund—only the restoration of some credits so I could repair the defective videos. They refused and simply blamed the “probabilistic nature of AI.”

Customers should not lose expensive credits when the system ignores clear instructions and produces obvious errors such as duplicate or missing characters. The generation quality is inconsistent, and the customer support offered no meaningful solution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Kling AI for projects requiring consistent characters, accurate reference images, or dependable results.

If you want to cancel subscription then you do it in play store. If you want good videos you create 5 sec vids then put them all together with Capcut. Doesn't always get it right when u doing 10 to 15 sec vids

Kling est une catastrophe. Vous mettez une image de départ, vous faites un prompt clair et Kling réussi à vous restituer une image sans aucun rapport, dans laquelle même la cohérence spatiale n'a aucun sens. On voudra faire pire, on ne pourrait pas. Je déconseille fortement. Il y a bien d'autres outils IA qui valent le coup. A fuir.

A nightmare to deal with. I signed up with an email and password, and at some point my login stopped working. I have been emailing them for over a month and received nothing but generic replies that don't address the problem. At one point I was told to sign up to Google Play, which has nothing to do with how I subscribed.

I could not cancel through the account, and support would not do it for me. In the end I had to go to my bank to stop the payments.

If a company makes it this hard to stop paying them, that tells you everything. I would not deal with them again.

$35 a month for absolutely nothing. I have tried render after render with everything from highly detailed prompts to no prompts at all and everything in between to get only still images. I am literally wasting my credits. This was an occasional pattern before along with bizarre generations sometimes directly opposite of what I requested but now the images just sit there doing nothing. So frustrating. Feels like a scam.

Our subscription was automatically renewed for another year, even though we had barely used Kling AI. Since the annual plan is very expensive, we contacted customer support immediately after noticing the renewal and asked whether a refund would be possible.

Unfortunately, our request was rejected without any flexibility or goodwill, despite the fact that the renewed subscription had not been used at all.

We understand that companies have terms and conditions, however, for such an expensive service, we expected a more customer-friendly approach.

The product itself may be useful for some users, but our experience with customer support and the strict refund policy left us very disappointed.
