There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone there, and I mean no way. All they offer is an email address that no one seems to resond to..........ever. So if you have an issue accessing your account, like I did, all of your work will be lost.............including the money you paid for the credits. Moreover, I now cannot even get into my acocunt to cancel my subsciption, so I have to cancel my credit card instead.

wanted to test Kling, so I purchased $50 worth of credits. At no point during checkout was there any mention of the limitations I would run into afterward.

It turns out I can only generate short videos, limited to 720p, and they all include a watermark. If you want to remove the watermark or generate in 1080p, you're forced to buy a subscription on top of the credits you've already paid for.

This feels extremely misleading. To make matters worse, there's no customer support, and after countless prompts the image quality was still very poor.

They don’t cancel subscription and refund money even if I was charged just 5 minutes ago and immediately wrote to the support. This is not good for me, I don’t recommend this service. And generations are pretty expensive and u often get bugs or glitches .

Apparently they effectively "shadowban" users. You get a message "new tasks cannot be submitted temporarily" but it appears to be permanent. Seems pretty shady, luring people in and then pulling the rug out without having the guts to come right out and say it. And such a company expects people to cough over their payment information? It is to laugh.

The message the content you uploaded seems to violate the community guidelines appears so frequently even just for a simple walking pose without any violence?

That is so annoying and disturbs users' progress!

I have issues with my prompts being followed, even fairly simple ones. Even if your prompt is not followed and you have to try again, you're paying credits each time.

I also don't like that you lose unused credits every month, even though I am paying for them. I paid for a yearly subscription, and I'm supposed to get X amount of credits per month, that is what I paid for, so unused credits should roll over. Completely unfair.

The only reason I gave 2 stars vs 1 is because I have used some of the things that have been generated (although it's a small percentage).

I will not be renewing.

take so long to generate video, video with so many strange things, there is no link to support so clear, and totally waste of credits..cant use a video with bugs in my produt presentations....waste of money

Poor service. I signed up for a year plan, tried it, could not really figure outhouse it. Played around with it for a week. A year later they auto billed me, I went on the website to try to cancel, can’t find anywhere to cancel. Contacted customer support to cancel the auto renew subscription they said they can’t do it yourself follow these instructions. I asked for the payment to be reversed as I have not and will not be using the program they refused. I guess they need the money way more than I do. Bunch of scammers with crap customer service. Think twice before getting a subscription, there are so many more better legit ai products out there.

I strongly regret spending money on this platform.

No matter how simple the task is, credits disappear at an incredible speed. Whether you use image generation, video generation, image-to-video, or video enhancement, it often takes many attempts before getting something even remotely close to what was requested.

As a result, creating a short and usable video can become extremely expensive.

The moderation system is also highly inconsistent. Content that was accepted and processed multiple times can suddenly be rejected minutes later without any explanation.

Even paying users are placed in queues and forced to wait long periods for generations.

The chatbot is completely useless. It cannot explain why content is rejected, cannot provide technical support, cannot connect users to a human agent, and refunds are refused.

As a customer, the most frustrating part is not a failed generation. It is spending money while having no transparency, no human support, no appeal process, and no practical solution when something goes wrong.

Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a Kling AI subscription and later discovered that unused credits expired after one month, resulting in the loss of 5,839 credits.

My main concern is not the existence of an expiry policy itself, but whether this material limitation was clearly disclosed before purchase. I repeatedly asked Kling AI support to provide evidence showing where the one-month credit expiry was prominently displayed during the subscription or checkout process before payment was made.

Rather than addressing that question directly, support repeatedly referred me to their current Credits Policy and stated that expired credits cannot be restored. They did not provide screenshots, checkout records, or any evidence showing where the expiry term was disclosed at the point of sale. They also did not meaningfully respond to my request for escalation.

If a significant credit expiry restriction exists, it should be clearly and prominently disclosed before customers commit to a subscription. Unfortunately, my experience with both the handling of the issue and the customer support process has been disappointing.

I remain willing to update this review if Kling AI provides evidence of pre-purchase disclosure or offers a reasonable resolution.

Sold my email address to Creative Fabrica and now they wont stop emailing me with offers of free downloads. Their unsubscribe button only works if you sign up for free first. Totally a scam site being provided my details by Kling.

This is a really good app for creating a video from a single photo or artwork. It doesn't get it right ALL the time but mostly it does a very good job. I would have given it 5 stars but my main complaint is you have to pay for the generation before you download it so, if the results aren't what you asked for you have to try again for another 180 credits. Surely they could change this?

Extremely difficult to cancel

Scammers. They keep taking money from my card even though I haven’t used the service for over a month. I’ve already cancelled my subscription, but they’re ignoring my request for a refund. I don’t want the credits on my account; I want the money back that they’ve stolen from me.

Ich habe diverse Versuche mit Text zu Video gemacht. Jeder einzelne Versuch kostet Credits, auch wenn das Video nicht im Ansatz brauchbar war. Hierdurch werden sämtliche Credits (echtes Geld) verbraucht ohne irgendwas wirklich nutzbar wäre.

Wie gesagt, aus meiner Sicht ist dies Betrug.

total scam. I got a task stuck (after paying and purchasing crdits) and there is NO WAY to stop or delete the process. It's been 1 hour saying estimated time 30 seconds to generate. ANd you can't submit any other task until the one in progress is complete.
Cusotmer care is a dumb ai that can't help.

I started free trial, i generated 1 image and it dont allow me to generate anything for 3 weeks. I have 64 credits but it always shows "New tasks cannot be submitted temporarily". I tried in different hours, days, weeks it doesnt matter it dont allow me to use my credits.

I tried this platform because I got carried away by the sponsored YouTuber hype, and honestly, I don’t even know where to start.

I did not get a single decent video generation. Not one. I tried every possible way, spent a ton of credits, changed prompts, adjusted settings, and the results were still bad.

And the craziest part?

YOUR CREDITS EXPIRE IF YOU DON’T USE THEM.

WHAT THE ACTUAL DUCK IS THAT??????????????

You pay for credits, the generation quality is disappointing, and then the credits can just expire? That’s ridiculous.

For me, this platform was a waste of money, time, and patience.
