I subscribed to the Kling AI Pro plan ($32.56/month) and due to health issues was unable to use the service during the May 2026 billing cycle. My account still shows 3,076 out of 3,000 credits remaining — virtually untouched.

I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund through THREE channels:
1. Email to their official support address (May 30) — NO RESPONSE
2. Email to their admin address (May 30) — NO RESPONSE
3. Discord #billing-support forum post (May 30) — LOCKED by a moderator who admitted having no access to billing systems

I sent a final warning on June 4 giving 48 hours to respond. Again, NO RESPONSE.

To make matters worse, on June 5 Kling AI attempted to charge my card AGAIN despite the subscription being cancelled. This appears to be a common practice based on multiple similar complaints.

I have now filed a formal chargeback through my bank and will be filing a complaint with EU consumer protection authorities (Spain).

My advice: think twice before subscribing. If anything goes wrong with billing, you will find ZERO support.

I cancelled my KLING AI subscription before renewal, but they still charged me for another month.

When I contacted support, they first asked for my registered email, numeric ID, and screenshots. After I provided everything, they refused the refund and simply pointed to their “no refund” policy, while not giving clear proof that the subscription was active or properly cancelled.

The billing and purchase records section is not clear, cancellation is confusing, and support did not resolve the issue.

This feels like a scammy subscription trap: difficult to cancel, unexpected renewal charge, then no refund.

I do not recommend KLING AI.

So you pay the $9 dollars, only give you 27 credits and the account gets stuck, didn't get my 660 credits. Over advertising on this app, waste of time. They watermark all their images and videos and want you pay $200+ per month to remove the water mark, what a joke and waste of time.

You can get as specific as possible, you can give great negative prompts and it will still generate what it wants to do. This is a built in function to burn credit so you have to buy more. I'm done with this model.

Managed to get some decent results but only after I spent most of my credits. I had a technical question and customer support never replied.

They're scammers. Don't pay anything. I bought credits, and they still won't remove the watermark. Total scammers.

The kling ai states that they provide free photos to videos generation. But even for a ant like video to edit, they show a sudden money consideration popup. If you are not providing the service, don't mention publicly that you do provide, which is not true!

Lösung: Erstellt eine Strafanzeige wegen Betrug im Internet, ihr habt 8 Wochen Zeit das Geld über eure Bank zurückbuchen zu lassen, wenn ihr mit Kreditkarte bezahlt habt. Das dieser unseriöse Anbieter einem gesetzlich korrekten Widerspruch nicht nachkommt, das hat hier, wie die Erfahrungswerte diverser Personen hier belegt, System und mittlerweile ist hier von einem "Im Fall der Fälle einfach nicht antworten"-Vorsatz auszugehen.

Eine Strafanzeige könnt ihr ganz einfach innerhalb von 10 Minuten online stellen. Dafür einfach mal "Strafanzeige online" googlen und dann auf das Portal der "Onlinewache" gehen.

Wenn jeder der von diesem Anbieter betrogen wurde entsprechend verfährt, dann kann der Anbieter strafrechtlich vielleicht nicht belangt werden, aber es kann dazu führen, dass dieser seine Konzession für den Deutschen Markt bei den Zahlungsanbietern bzw. Visa und Mastercard verliert!

Meine Erfahrung:
Die KI liefert grottenschlechte Ergebnisse, da bekomme ich selbst mit Grok einen besseren Output. Deshalb habe ich innerhalb der 14 Tage gesetzlicher Widerrufsfrist meinen Vertrag widerrufen und eine Erstattung angefordert. Der Kundenservice reagiert jedoch nicht, und es gab auch keine Erstattung. Also muss ich eine Strafanzeige stellen, damit die Bank den Betrag von meiner Kreditkarte zurückbuchen kann. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und wenn man sich die Bewertung bei Trustpilot durchliest, sieht man, dass dieser Anbieter einfach nur ein Betrüger ist.

They are the biggest scammers and frauds. Please DO NOT make a payment with your credit card. These scammers will charge money even after you cancelled your subscription, and then shamelessly they say they don't have a refund policy. Do not expect any customer support. Only a stupid chat bot will talk to you again and again the same thing. KLING IS A FRAUDLANT WEBSITE. I am going to take legal action against these scammers for cyber fraud.

I subscribed to Kling AI on October 21, 2024 and requested cancellation and a full refund on October 23, 2024 — clearly within the EU 14-day withdrawal period. My request was ignored for months.

Despite sending repeated emails, reminders, and legal warnings, Kling AI failed to properly respond in time. I received generic copy-paste replies long after my legal withdrawal request had already been submitted. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Customers in the EU have legal consumer rights. Ignoring refund requests and delaying responses for months is not acceptable behavior for a company handling paid subscriptions.

I kept all email evidence, dates, and screenshots. No customer should have to chase support for months just to exercise a basic legal right.

Very disappointing experience.

J'ai souscris à Kling AI, si vous n'utilisez pas tous vos crédits chaque moi ils expirent !!! Ils ne sont pas cumulables donc ils vont forcent a créer en gros.
Je suis parti en voyage je n'ai pas eu le temps d'utiliser tous mes crédits je construisais en meme temps mon projet et hop tout a disparu
Même si vous résiliez ils vous retireront les crédits a la fin du mois

Worst experience ever! I purchased 300 credits, but since I didn't subscribe to a monthly plan, I was stuck in the free queue for hours. This is incredibly misleading. Don't waste your money if you're not planning on a full subscription. Feels like a total scam!

Worst company for clip generation. It’s slow, understands nothing, there’s basically no support, and it burns around 40 credits per clip on average. So the amount of clips they say you’ll generate with the plan is misleading too, because in reality you end up generating way fewer. The quality is okay, but absolutely not worth the price in my opinion. Totally rejected, I already cancelled my subscription.

Never add your card over there

My experience with Kling AI has been extremely negative, specifically because of their subscription and payment management system.

For almost an entire month, I was trying to get my bank card detached from their service and stop future subscription renewals. I contacted support in advance and clearly explained that I wanted my payment method removed. Their team replied and assured me that the issue would be handled.

Despite this, I was still charged afterward.

When I contacted support again regarding the unwanted payment, they told me they could not issue a refund because it was an “automatic renewal,” while also promising that no further charges would happen in the future.

Later, they started asking me for Stripe-related information in order to supposedly remove my card manually. The problem is that I never personally created any Stripe account connected to Kling AI. I checked this multiple times to make sure. Nothing existed on my side.

At that point the entire situation became extremely concerning.

A legitimate subscription service should allow users to easily:
• cancel subscriptions,
• remove payment methods,
• and fully stop recurring charges without weeks of back-and-forth communication with support.

Instead, I spent weeks searching through YouTube videos, support pages, old forum posts, and repeatedly contacting customer support trying to solve something that should honestly take less than a minute inside account settings.

The fact that removing a payment method is this complicated creates a very bad impression and raises serious concerns about how the subscription system is designed.

I am not comfortable using services where starting a subscription is easy, but stopping payments becomes a long and frustrating process.

Because of this experience, I personally cannot recommend Kling AI until they significantly improve their billing system, subscription cancellation process, and payment method management.

Users should always have direct and transparent control over their own payment information.
