Купил подписку на Клинг за 32$ два дня назад, За это время успел сделать только одно видео из 3-х сцен!
Сегодня с меня списали все кредиты из-за ошибок модели, агент сам мне написал об этом. За полдня 3000 кредитов! Представьте себе из аппетиты!
Больше ни когда не вернусь на их площадку, буду требовать возврат денег за подписку.
Не советую ни кому связываться с этой ИИ.

I paid. Generated a video. It was TERRIBLE. I canceled within minutes. They immediately logged me out. I logged in and my credits went from 660 to zero. So effectively this is a SCAM!

What a rubbish. I made a purchase and still being prompted to subscribe or make another purchase. I raised the issue with their support and no one ever bothered to provide a response. Stay away from it, an utter scam.

This AI system is the WORST!!! DO NOT waste your money on this BS and the customer service is non existent, they were supposed to give me refferal credits never did it’s false advertisement and you’ll have to spend like 3k in credits just to get one 4 second video done properly lol it’s a SCAM DONT DO IT!!!!! Kling and Open art are in competition on who’s worst and idk who’s winning but they’re both definitely ain’t Shìt!!!

Je contacte leur service en leur disant que je n'ai pas eu ce dernier et devinez quoi ? ils me disent que je n'ai pas acheter sur leur site , j'envoie donc les preuves des transactions et là , ils m'envoient des messages automatisés comme quoi si on est pas des entreprises on doit payer des frais par si par là et que par hasard on est pas remboursable . NON mais première et dernière fois avec eux . Tellement dommage j'adore leur plateforme mais alors le service c'est tellement NUL .

I paid $800 for a year membership then got busy and I dont have any time to use it they refused to put it on pause so its all going to waste. Also the censor the craziest thing. Having a Kling membership is a little taste of what its like to live in a dictatorship I am assuming.

Very disappointed. You have to use a lot of credits for nothing, as it doesn’t follow the prompt. I had to generate the video 10 times just to get one that was acceptable. For example, I wanted my character to open only one eye, but it was impossible to achieve.

Paid money to test it out , spened all credits and did not receive anything usable, even free gemini and chatGPT understand my needs and at least make some usable content , but Kling was distrupting my product photos and videos , and did not meet my expectations, dont suggest to use it , waste of money.

Paid for a subscription that clearly said video 2.6 was free. After paying it wasn't free at all. They scammed me and refuse to refund.

More creative freedom than on most of similar websites. Best video generator. I use it for more than a year already. Image generator is also not bad but could be better. Prompt coherence became not as good as it was before, AI does too much unnecessary creativity from its side.

This company has been charging my account, since last year October, Two sets of subscriptions. A standard $8.80/month Subscription and also a Pro plan at $32.57.

I "upgraded" from Standard to pro but, these people decided to keep the standard active while taking monthly funds for Pro.

On the 'Manage Subscription' page. cancellation is greyed out even though their subscription page says 'Cancel anytime'

I've emailed their so called help email address several times now and you guessed it, not a peep out of them. No reply whatsoever.

My only is to take legal action and report them to trading standards and hope the light that shines on them leads to a dent in the profits that they are obviously getting form people by unscrupulous means.

I canceled subsctioption because lost of alot of credits.
After cancelation they charged me agian !

I lost over 100$.

I wrote to the support, zero flexiblity,
OK, so I want opt out, I would not support greedy company, but they charged me again.

Promised credits never delivered — misleading reward program

I have spent a significant amount of money on Kling AI credits, but unfortunately, AI video generation is unpredictable — many videos don't match the prompt and end up deleted, wasting credits with no result. Despite this, I continued creating content and published several videos as part of their official reward program, which promised 3,000 credits per published video.

I received nothing. Not a single credit was awarded, even for contest videos that were successfully published and met the requirements.

I contacted their support team twice and only received automated responses — just empty promises, no real resolution.

This is misleading advertising. Kling attracts users with bonus promises to keep them engaged and spending, but they simply don't honour their commitments. The combination of unpredictable generation quality and unfulfilled rewards makes this platform very costly and frustrating to use. I cannot recommend it to anyone expecting fair and transparent treatment.

It just another way of making money, offer credits and no overroll. Someone should tell them that inspiraation doesn't have an expired date, and if I pay for credits, I should be able to used when inspiration hits me, not within a month. I just hate when people treat cosutmers like this. Should be sued!

I have a simple video for a book release, and tried Kling AI. I was under the impression on the paid tier there would be no watermark. What I found, is that I burned through $7.00 in a matter of minutes, and the model did not follow very basic, simple prompts. After all of that I have a video with huge letters that say KLING AI. I was using Google VEO which also can't follow prompts, but it allows two 8 second videos per day and on my trial subscription for one month I only spent $7.00 there is a simple discreet watermark that says VEO. I don't recommended anyone to use either product, but Kling felt like I was ripped off.

Never heard of this company until fraudulent charges showed up on my credit card. I cancelled the card, but someone is still trying to charge the old card almost everyday for the past month.

Meget aggressiv form for forretning. Ingen service, ingen returret og ingen konfirmation på at man har opsagt abonnement.

Mit abonnement var lige pludseligt aktivt igen da det stod til fornyelse.

Ubrugte credits bliver ikke overført til næste måned, helt uacceptabelt.

Har spærret mit kort for at være sikker på at de ikke hæver mere på det.

As a professional writer of detailed software requirements, believe me when I say, the only was Kling AI could mess up as often as it does is if it is DESIGNED to fail in order to eat up your credits.
