Deception on monthly bill, very dissappointed.…
My salesman told me that my monthly payment would be no more than forty five dollars a month, he additionally informed me that if there was gonna be any problems with that, to just give him a call, and he'll make calls and adjust it, and make things more financially convenient for me. To my surprise, two weeks later, I got a bill stating it was forty five dollars a week! Whenever I called customer service and asked if my bill could be changed, they did agree to change it, but only for once a month, not once a week. The dollar amount did not change. I was advised to call my salesman back. I called my salesman back numerous times, my salesmen will not return my phone calls or my text messages regarding adjusting my bill. So at this point I feel that I was deceived in my purchase, just to get a quick sale. I'm very disappointed because at this time I technically cannot afford a 165.00 a month bed. I can easily just go on Amazon and get this same exact bed for 299.99 and be done with it and not owe any bills. Very disappointed.

My experience didn’t start off great…
My experience didn’t start off great but after the rocky bit it’s been smooth sailing $15 out of a weekly paycheck emails every time they take the payment showing what has been taken and what’s left what more to ask for except a few female workers need better attitude and communication skills
