Frustrating
Frustrating that the card cannot be used with fuel apps, and also the discount is not applied at the pump.

Thanks for the feedback — we understand how that can be frustrating. Kora discounts are applied to your invoice rather than at the pump, which helps us deliver consistent everyday savings.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Called for help and operator/receptionist knew nothing about how to set up cards. Wasted my time.

Itwas great, I was stuck at the pump as the screen kept saying wrong card. I had completely forgotten that there is 2 , for different places to purchase. I rung up and the lady I spoke to was lovely, sorted it out quickly.

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy. Kora has a standard $2 monthly account fee to maintain your fuel card account, even if the card hasn’t been used yet. This fee helps cover the running of the credit account and gives access to Kora’s everyday fuel discounts

We had just completed our online application for our Kora fuel cards , around 4 or 5 days later we received the most amazing phone call from Sophie tell us we had won a year's worth of fuel. We were gob smacked a very humbled by what we had just won. Kora continues to make life a little less stress full at the pumps considering what's going on around the world with the fuel.
