Thanks for the feedback. We’ve checked your account and can see you successfully logged in and accepted the app terms on 13 April, but it doesn’t look like there have been any logins since then.
The app itself hasn’t been down on weekends, so it may have been a login or session issue at the time. If you’re still having any trouble accessing it, our support team would be more than happy to help.

Definitely a good way to save, but not so far for me
I was sent two cards but neither of them were for the fuel station I use which was npd so I think this should be made more clear when ordering. I was then send a third card and when I went to use it it didn't work as all 3 had been cancelled despite being charged $2 monthly account fee for one of the cards. I rung regarding this and was supposed to receive a call back to sort it but didn't so I have rung again today and now have to wait for another card to be sent out. Trying to save money ended up costing me $2 🤣🤣🤦🏼♀️

Thanks for the feedback, and we’re really sorry about the experience so far. We completely understand how frustrating that would be — especially when you signed up to save money, not spend extra time chasing cards around.
We are in touch with the team and will get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. Just to clarify, Kora works at Waitomo and Mobilcard-accepting sites, with some Allied and NPD locations accepting Mobilcard too. Thanks again for your patience while we get you up and running properly 🙌

If i didn't have kora I would have been home bound …
If i didn't have kora I would have struggled with petrol. Now I'm seeing family friends and doing more driving around than I use to. BIG THANKS TO kora

We do mention the $2 monthly account fee in a number of places throughout the sign-up journey, including our FAQs, videos, website copy and Terms & Conditions. The fee helps us keep the lights on while continuing to provide everyday fuel savings for Kiwis.
For most members, the $2 fee is covered within the first third of a tank of fuel thanks to the savings made at the pump. We do appreciate the feedback though, and we’re always looking at ways to make information clearer and easier to find.
