I ordered the ANUA dark spot correcting serum and Beauty of Joseon but they are all fake.Immediately I placed order and came to ready reviews,I reached out and asked for the order to be cancelled. It was confirmed cancelled and they still deliver to me a week after. They sell fake ‼️ ‼️ ‼️I want my money back and I don’t want your item.

I ordered Anua Dark spot correcting…
I ordered Anua Dark spot correcting serum and what I received looks nothing and feels nothing like the real authentic one, didn’t even have the ring around the squeezer like it’s supposed to, this is a fake product, can I please be given the real one? (12/08/24) it’s now the 17th and I was not offered the “real” product or a full refund instead got a part refund and got to keep the fake product which broke my skin out, this company is fake and if they really want to be professional and fix what has been done, just SEND ME THE REAL PRODUCT!

SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!
One star is also high for these scammers. I ordered three products from them and received only after three weeks but the products were all fake with no where near to be any Korean products but with a Chinese name. When I wrote them email they replied me by saying their products are genuine and authentic. they still have the audacity to say they check every product before sending them(hahahahaha what a joke).
When I asked them for a refund they told me to pay 20% restocking fee and only 50% refund, but no where in their website have mentioned about these conditions. The pictures and videos in their website are making us believe they are genuine and authentic but they are FRAUD.
I should have read their reviews before ordering from them. Karma is real. God will definitely punish you for scamming innocent people and their hard earned money.

Products not authentic
Please do not buy from this site their products are not authentic. I ordered the ANUA cleaning oil and the dark spot correcting serum as the one I had was running low and it was out of stock from my regular store. What I received looked nothing like the original. From the packaging to the product consistency and colour it looks nothing like the original product. They have the original pictures on their website making you believe you are buying the original product. It took about 3 weeks to arrive and I realised they shipped from china. Please be careful and not damage your skin with their products.

Fake Fraudulent and Scammers
How can trust pilot not see that the 5 star reviews for this company is fake and sponsored. It is the bid and effort to suppress the real reviews of people that have encountered this sham of a company. They are fraudulent and they sure know how to cover their track. They sell fake product, refusing to refund people money and when you involve your bank they start begging for you to cancel the chargeback and try to offer you full refund at that point. People stay away from this website. They are doing a great job at hiring people to give good reviews all over social media and on trust pilot too. I have reported them to every organisation that can help stop them in the UK.and I hope more people with the same experience as myself will do the same.

Scam website! Avoid!
I really wish I could give zero stars. The products on this website are 100%fake. They don't even compare to the products I purchased from pureseoul. The packaging is awful and the texture left on your skin is so gross. The whole website is a scam. When my products had arrived, the fake cleansing oil, which I paid £18 for had spilt everywhere! I was promised a full refund and 2 weeks later still no refund and not even replying to me anymore. They seem to be extremely professional with there responses on trust pilot but don't let that fool you, the company is a complete and total scam selling counterfeit products and ignoring their customers.
