KOVERED Opiniões

Dear Sir/Madam,
My experience with the purchase was good because I knew all the time what was happening with the order and the shipping of the product.
The most I had to do was wait for the product to clear customs. I also received an explanation for this as soon as the product arrived in Slovenia.

Good quality product. I had an initial issue with the order originally shipped but customer service was easy to contact and very prompt in assisting. Overall very positive.

I have been looking at The Taw rucksack for some time and now I wish I’d purchased it earlier. The quality of the manufacturing is exceptional, I love the details- the interior pockets and ideal sizes for my bits and pieces.

Although sturdily built the rucksack is light and soft against the back, there is plenty of room for extra layers, packed lunch, and a camera or art materials.

I can only applaud the team who have put this together as it looks great, holds all you’d need for a day out or carry on for a flight, while looking stylish.

All went well, bag is as expected, had no problems at all.

Lovely bag, better than anticipated, which was easy to order and arrived bang on time.

Purchased from Kovered before and would do so again. Top quality materials and top quality bags

I bought a beautiful backpack & can't wait to use it. It's like a heritage piece that will only improve with age. I dealt with customer service for an issue with my card & they were so good & helpful. Will be directing friends & family to this business. Great guys, thanks.

Really cool stuff, not gonna lie!

So far so good

Fantastic bags, I now have a backpack and camera bag, but are brilliantly practical as well as stylish. I even lost a buckle and had a replacement on in the post within 24hrs! Cannot recommend highly enough!

This was an excellent buying experience from ordering to receiving my bag. I will give a review of the product itself when it has had some use but it arrived in good condition and on time.

Excellent product & service from the company. When ordering I go got to tick the box for next day delivery, phoned up & the person I spoke to changed the order & the bag arrived the next day.
