Placed order then nothing for weeks. No response from company. Having to claim money back on credit card. Looks like the company is run by a kid.

Incorrect size delivered TWICE
I ordered an xl size, a medium was delivered. I let them know and posted the bracelet back to them. Only to be sent another medium sized bracelet. I’ve now asked for a refund. It shouldn’t be this hard. Some work needed on your internal quality control and communications. Full refund now received.

Quality product
I was impressed with the quality of the bracelet, however I was expecting it to be thicker, so slightly disappointed.
