After four months of back-and-forth with customer service, I still have neither the product I paid for nor a full refund.

The situation has become almost ridiculous. At one point, I was even offered a partial refund as a percentage of the purchase price, despite the fact that the product was never delivered in the first place.

One of the excuses was that they could not ship to Ibiza, so I provided an alternative delivery address in Barcelona. That did not solve anything either.

Four months of emails, explanations and wasted time, and I am still waiting for my money back. This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. If the full amount is not refunded, I can only consider this a scam.

Very disappointing experience. I paid for my jewellery over a week ago and have received no updates whatsoever regarding delivery. I have also sent emails asking for an update on my order, but have received no response.
I understand that delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially after payment has already been taken. I would expect better customer service and, at the very least, some communication about the status of my order.
I’m still waiting for an update and would not currently recommend ordering from Samos Jewellery based on my experience.

Very disappointed with this company.

The product took 3–4 weeks to arrive and came broken. The quality is poor and does not justify the price.

I requested a refund, provided the photos they asked for, and clearly requested to return the bracelet. Instead, they ignored my request and sent me a replacement I never wanted.

The customer service is mediocre, the company is overseas with little transparency about where the product comes from, and the entire experience has been frustrating.

Save your money. For this price, buy from a reputable U.S. company. I would not purchase from this company again.

I have ordered a bracket and received the wrong size. I have emailed multiple times and no one gets back to me.
I ordered for a birthday present and a month of trying to get hold of someone to exchange.
The service I have received does not match up to the reviews.

Great products and amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong size but it was quickly resolved and new items sent. Would definitely recommend buying again.

#116422 this order was too small so as per their website instructions I emailed Samos to ask to arrange for an exchange. I had no response at all, not even a ‘holding message’ just nothing…. I’ve just sent a 3rd email so we shall see…. After initially being pleased with the service and product and only wanting to exchange for a larger size I now want a refund and to shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the customer service I’ve received.

I have a faulty item and have contacted the company multiple times by email regarding the issue, but I have received no response. I have also tried contacting them through Facebook and am still waiting to hear back.

I understand that issues can happen, but I would expect a company to respond to a customer and provide some help. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and hope someone gets in touch to resolve this.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and beautiful, high-quality bracelets! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The quality is gorgeous, the attention to detail is amazing, and the customer service was second to none.

Ordered 4 bracelets with the current promotion to buy some and get some free. Have used other bracelets from other companies and these from Samos don't disappoint! I ordered a variety of looks and they are super cool, look great. I had a sizing issue with one of them (my mistake) and they replaced it so quick, no hassle. Customer services is as amazing as the product.

I love the different styles of the Samos bracelets. They have a nice variety. They are very good quality. Their customer service and warranty are great. I did have a minor issue and they are sending a new one right away. I will continue to order from Samos.

AVOID AVOID AVOID... Bracelet prices are inflated and then reduced as a multi buy promotion - £35 ish for a bracelet that is probably quality of £10.. delivery took over a week, sizing instructions weren't reliable and so bracelet too small. I requested a refund and instructions on how to return (suspiciously you cannot do this from the website), I received a quick response to offer an exchange, when I declined and asked for return instructions I have not received a response, despite chasing several times. I suspect the whole story of this creative couple is a marketing story and there is a mass volume cheap distribution business operating from somewhere in the South of France....

It must be bots who are leaving positive reviews. They send you utter shit that’s not as described. Refuse to give refunds. Clearly Chinese shit. Don’t buy! Happy to provide proof!

Bracelet arrived but wasn’t as expected. Contacted them offered replacement but refused and asked for refund. Sent back on 24 hr next day delivery as this is what they asked for signed, and still no refund and now have stopped replying to emails. Never again!!!

I cannot praise this company enough. I ordered the Astorga Bracelet. This was received in good time. The quality of the bracelet was excellent and it came in very impressive packaging.
The fit I ordered was too tight for me. When I contacted Samos I was delighted at their first class customer service and willingness to please, immediately agreeing to send out a larger size and Julia keeping in close touch throughout the whole process

This company is a scam, selling junk with photos that do not look like the real item you will receive. I paid $40 for a string tied with a knot, too short to fit over my hand. Also they are shipped from China through Yanwen Express not France like their website says. Does nobody have any honor anymore? Avoid this company

Excellent customer service and the product is perfect - I have bought one every year for the past three years! Love it!!
