I really like the lifetime warranty. I had a lock with them, it stopped working, I sent a video and picture of them and they offered to send a new one right away.

I ordered and paid for the shipment of two keys for my disc lock. About a month after placing the order, I still haven't received anything—not even a tracking number. I have sent numerous emails, but they aren't responding or issuing a refund.

I had a problem with the Kryptonite bike lock that I had for just shy of one year and the company answered my concerns very quickly. Oleh was very helpful and told me they would send a new one with a guaranteed lifetime warranty! Who can beat that kind of customer service? Kryptonite is the best!

Terrible key mechanism difficult to use. Patent rubber thing is also junk - keeps getting in the way.

Kryptonite was very responsive to my warranty claim, and I have received my replacement lock within 1 week.

The company made sure they get all the information required to comply with the support and the assistance and provided and provided amazing flawless support via email then during the deliverer of the product they even reach out further to make sure the product crossed special boundaries.

My Kryptonite U-Lock decided after a number of years that it would only work sometimes, which made for locking and unlocking a challenge. I called Kryptonite and spoke with Oleh, their customer support person. He was extremely kind and helpful and walked me through the warranty claim process. It could not have been easier. Great customer service. I love a company that stands behind their product. Thank you, Oleh.

New U lock sent for Replacement

Awful customer service and keys that don't work. Lost a key, got a replacement, the replacement doesn't work. I contact them and three weeks later, and several messages, they haven't replied to me. The time from my key being lost to now has been over two months and I have not been able to use my bike at all. It's been very depressing seeing how much money this lock has cost me in alternative transport and faulty key replacements only for the company to show one of its customers absolute contempt.

This was quite a saga and Donna P was patient, responsive and amazing. After trying to replace keys for 2 old-ish bike locks, Donna kept digging for serial numbers, key replacements and cutting new keys. After a LONG journey, and after being unable to cut keys that worked for either lock, she sent me replacement locks.
WAY above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Kryptonite and Donna P.!!!!

I got my Lock 14 years ago. Always working as usual, but suddenly, stop to work and my bike got lock for a couple week. I mentioned to Kryptonite and after to follow they instrucción they found a solution. Everything was really quick. I am really happy with the quality, service and how they carry out the issue.

Kryptonite costumer service is really good. I ordered a lock from Bikester.se it was a Kryptonite New york Diamond standard and the item I got was defective so I contacted Kryptonite directly and asked them if they could replace the lock for me after a week of waiting I got a reply from them and they were willing to change it the lock for me. They paid for the shipping service. I had to wait for 2 weeks for the replacement of the New York Diamond standard so I didn't have any protection for my E-Scooter. so Oleh kindly sent me a Mini Diamond U lock free of charge which is really unexpected and great at the same time as they really do value their costumers. So I really recommend this lock and this company. Special thanks to Oleh Sekirin he's the one who communicated with me through it all until the problem was resolve.

I had used my current Kryptonite lock for over 20 years and the mechanism was wearing out. I contacted Kryptonite through their website, explained what was happening and sent them a few photos, and they are going to send a replacement lock. They stand behind their lifetime warranty!

I bought a NY fuggitaboutit lock and chain, had trouble with the lock the 1st time, 2 time it didn’t work period.Needed a lock for road trip,was very frustrated I had to use a feeble cable and padlock. I called Kryptonite, they responded immediately and shipped out a new lock and chain which arrived earlier than expected.Thought I must be hallucinating, a company with not just customer service,but excellent customer service,INCONCEIVABLE! They have my business and I’m sure others after I tell them what a great customer service experience I had.

Purchased the Kryptonite Evolution Mini 7 from walmart.com more than 1 month ago. Immediately had issues (with lock not opening) so contacted Kryptonite support. No response in over 30 days other than logging my ticket. Trash product and service, very disappointing from what I otherwise regarded as a solid brand.

Kryptonite was very good about replacing my non-functioning lock.

Very helpful and quick to response.
