Delivery prompt and communicated well.
Would have been 5 star if not for the HUGE amount of plastic tape all over the cardboard. Sustainable packaging - cardboard and recycled inflated wine containers. But plastic tape. Paper tape means it can go into recycling without 20 mins tussle to remove horrible rape.

Ordered the sweet nectar of nitro surge Guinness as you can't get it in Australia (for some reason). It's a bit pricey but I know it's good straight from the source and not brewed by horrible XXXX. They say Guinness doesn't travel well but time will tell on Christmas day

As always the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Always a pleasure to deal with and always a quick next day delivery too Dublin. Nothing to dislike about KWM Wines.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law, ordering from Australia. The online purchase was without issue and delivery was prompt. I cannot comment on the product as it is currently in hiding until Christmas, but I have been extremely impressed with the ease of making the purchase from afar and the communication from KWM.

Great service and quality from KMW Wines, but they should change their delivery service away from Fedex, who constantly let their customers down by deliveries to wrong addresses etc.

I have been using KWM Wines & Spirits for about a year now ever since we found a wine overseas that we could not find locally, so googled the wine where I found and started using KWM. I’ve only purchased the one wine which I have not found in the UK so can’t honesty say if their prices are competitive, but is when I compare the wine with the overseas price. The website is easy to use to find what you are looking for and ordering is simple as well. The one real bonus is that the more you buy the cheaper it is, so that’s what I do. Delivery is very quick as well, so all-in-all am very happy I found KWM.
