Simple, efficient and fast delivery

KWM gave advance notice of the date and time of availability of a whisky I like to buy. It was available as advised and ordering online was perfectly swift and simple. Delivery to the UK was also splendidly prompt. Who could ask for more?

First time ordering very simple to navigate the website and place the order. Delivery was super fast, next day which was impressive. The wine was recommended to me by a third party and doesn’t quite work for me, this doesnt detract from KWM’s service and with the right wines being offered I’d order from them again.

Too expensive

Order was for Beaujolais Nouveau, not due for arrival to customer until the 3rd Thursday in November. Delivery was perfect, arriving one day before (2nd) and full marks on the DHL packaging....very secure! Parcel tracking also worked well in this instance...all in all, very good

The day after placing our order we were informed that the order could not be completed as they were one bottle short of our selected wine. They did however offer an alternative which we accepted, but we were disappointed that we didn't get fully what we wanted.

We also got a text messages giving a delivery time of between 08:20 and 12:20. I re-organised an appointment so that I could be in between those times to take delivery. I waited until 1pm when I had to leave. I then had a text at 2:17pm stating the driver had taken the parcel back as no one was in to take delivery! The parcel was then delivered the following day but without notification. Luckily I had just returned home.
The wine is lovely, hence the 4* rating, but the process was dissapointing.

Amazing company to deal with. Great prices. Only issue I had was having to stay in for 2 days running as GLS emailed delivery date but failed to deliver until 8pm the following evening. Would recommend using a more reliable logistics provider.
