Hi Kenneth, your original recommendation form was issued immediately following your appointment on 6/27. Since it expired before an application was submitted to the state, we issued a new recommendation form on 8/9. Please review your email for the updated form to finalize your state application, or reach out to our support team if you need any assistance!

To clarify, our service covers the physician’s evaluation and certification process. Once your certification is completed on our end, the processing time and registration fall under the state's jurisdiction, which unfortunately lies outside our direct control.
That said, we are here to support you! If the state flags or rejects your application for any reason, please let us know right away so we can help resolve the issue and get things back on track for you.
