I’m giving one star so I can leave a review. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this site. I gave all of my “required” information, and paid my fee. I show up for my appointment only for the doctor to send a message saying he was no longer licensed in my state and couldn’t help me and booted me out of the video. I then received a text from Leafyrx saying I missed my appointment, I reached out to them letting them know, they said no worries they would make sure I got a different provider, I rescheduled, got the same provider and the same message and was booted out of the appointment. I filed a complaint with the company who assured me the next day that they would have a licensed provider and I wouldn’t have anymore issues. The next day, the doctor didn’t show up at all… I sat in the waiting room for 40 mins. I again received a message from the company asking if I would like to reschedule my missed appointment. At this point I requested a refund. I’m still waiting on my refund but even if I do get my money back I had to provide them with my personal information which I can’t get back.

TERIIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
been trying to get answer to update my medical form with corrected address since I have moved recently and update date. I missed the 30 day window. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails. The only time I get a response is when I leave a poor review. Even then I get a call telling management is having to review. I have no issue paying the fee again. I tried calling today and now they have flagged my number to straight to voice mail. If you are expecting any kind of customer service after the fact choose another company. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi there, we take accusations of unauthorized charges very seriously and want to clear this up right away.
After reviewing your account history, we see that following your original appointment on May 28th, an attempt was made to schedule another appointment on June 30th. This automatically triggered a standard temporary payment authorization. However, please rest assured that this transaction was immediately voided and no money was taken or completed.
Because authorizations can sometimes show as "pending" on your bank statement for a few business days depending on your financial institution, it can look like a charge. Please check with your bank to confirm the void, or contact us directly at hello@leafydoc.com if you need us to provide official documentation of the voided transaction. We are here to help!
Customer service is useless
Customer service is useless. Probably the worst customer service I have ever had. For 2 years in a row the Doctor submitted me as a new patient not a recert. Tried calling the Doctor, his number goes to voicemail which is full. As a result the state can't renew. It is impossible to speak to anyone at leafydoc. Countless emails speaking on line to their customer service chat has proven useless. After numerous attempts to correct the problem they called. The rep claimed she couldn't hear me and just repeated information I already had. I had no ability to speak other than to answer the phone and provide my name. They will additionally schedule yearly appointments without permission. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are awful.

Ignorant (TX laws), Stagnant, Incompetent
I recently received a prescription recommendation, it was for edible cannabis.
Texas authorized med cannabis vapes, 4 days later.
There is no option to request a prescription recommendation update, when new laws are enacted.
Once I finally connected with LeafyDOC, they stated they would update the request and ask the doctor to update the script to Vapes usage.
They updated my request to "patient prefers Vape usage"(or something to this effect). However, the doctor did not check the proper box to authorize me for vapes. Dispensaries are not allow to sell me vaporized devices.
So, I have now conclude that LeafyDOC as an organization is;
1) Ignorant of current events in cannabis laws.
2) Stagnant in training employees (to include Doctors).
3) Incompetent in fulfilling reasonable requests by paying patients.

It sounds like your request was updated internally, but the specific authorization box in the CURT system was missed by the physician.
