I have had two orders from Ledsone now…
I have had two orders from Ledsone now and find there products are of fantastic quality and value. A really fast service well packaged and when I found one small part missing the sales team were fantastic responding really quickly to make sure I got not just a replacement but two.

Wrong item sent
Wrong item sent. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have emailed them to organise a replacement by Friday (as I am away after that). Waiting for an urgent response!!
THEIR RESPONSE BELOW IS INCORRECT. THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM/PRODUCT. NOTHING TO DO WITH A FITTING! They did not sort this before July and so I still have the wrong item they sent!!

Great company to deal with. Good quality products all very reasonably priced. On the rare occasion needed to do a return, fair policy (you pay for the return). Further very helpful on advice through email. This is the second house we’ve used Ledsone for, says it all!
